I work with burst pipes all the time, my company does the remediation but we don’t fix the plumbing portion. Grace & Ryan assisted me with a loss yesterday and I was very impressed, so was my client! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them again.

We hired Custom to replace an existing ceiling fan. The tech got pretty far along in the process before realizing that the new fan required three wires and the ceiling had only two. He told us he couldn't install the fan and repackaged it. Custom still charged us the full cost of install which was $267. When I asked if they have something like a service fee that they charge in lieu of the full price of a job when that job's not completed like other electricians and plumbers I've worked with, they said no.

Despite the scheduling issue for the 3rd time; despite complaining and no response from a manager for the 2nd time; once I read the notes from today’s visit for A/C maintenance the technician who was alright but he wrote in the notes that the customer declined him from coming in the house and he was not able to do something in the house. He Did Not ask to come in the house. Also he commented on $300 for Freon that I did not need so why mention if I don’t need. He also tried to give me a lesson how many ounces equals a pound. As I continue to read the notes I’m wandering if I actually needed the part (compactor). I don’t believe it was needed but I did pay ARS labor fees. I agree with the other people and what occurred was not needed.I don’t know if he cleaned any coils; Freon licks I don’t know. I suppose this is what we have to work with.

I had positive experiences when using Master Plumbers in the past so they were the first I called on this occasion. Almond and an apprentice arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and went right to work to try to figure out the issue at my home. I was impressed with his thoroughness, attention to detail, and the way he explains details to a customer. After seeing how Almond worked, my thought was he’s the perfect one for a young apprentice to be following and observing. Thank you Master Plumbers, Almond, and Lee A !

I had little water pressure at my house. They told me what to check and over the phone diagnosed my problems. When they came out it was exactly what he had said on the phone. They are very knowledgeable about pumps and the plumbing business. Also they came when they said they would and used quality parts. I would not hesitate to call Teal or Tray Stanley for any of my pump and plumbing needs

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.

Came out same day and reviewed the issue I was having. He assessed the issue fixed what he could but it was a larger issue and recommended someone who could do the job. He was professional and and and I would call him again for plumbing issues.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

The project in High Point, NC started off very well meeting my expectations but due to health problems of the lead plumber, the work remains incomplete to date leaving an obstruction from the plumber’s auger in the house drain line for nearly 8 months. On the morning of April 7, 2022, I contacted Precision Plumbing for service to unclog my plumbing drain lines in my home, Marvin Bingham, owner dispatched a crew who arrived within 1½ hours. Dan Felder began to unclog the drain lines thru the vents as requested. The motorized drain cable with auger head likely became stuck in a 45 degree bend in the drain line below the kitchen floor. Dan attempted to remove the cable line from the vent and the cable line broke leaving a portion of the line and the auger head in the kitchen drain line. Dan and the assistant plumber viewed conditions to determine how to find the clog and remove it. The assistant plumber departed after a few hours. Dan continued to review interior line locations and how to access the clog utilizing professional means to correct the problem. After several hours of work and no resolve, Dan departed for the day. Dan returned late the next day and found the interior cleanout to remove the clog. Dan was in much pain from a previous arm injury occurring sometime in the past, I assisted him as much as possible. Within 2 hours Dan had the lines flowing very well. He provided an invoice for services rendered including the removal of the broken cable line with the auger head which was not yet done due to his painful condition. It was agreed that $300 would be withheld until he returns in the near future after his arm heals. As a result, I paid the invoice less $300 in good faith to have the work completed as promised.
On April 20, 2022 Dan contacts me indicating that the problem with his arm has worsened due and is waiting for the okay from his doctor to come back to work.
On May 27, 2022 Dan indicated that he has been in the hospital since Saturday May 21, 2022 and hopes to be discharged today. Dan indicated he would let us know when he can return to work.
After numerous calls and texts to Dan Felder thru mid-September 2022 with no responses, I contacted Marvin Bingham, owner of Precision Plumbing on September 21, 2022. Marvin indicated that Dan, a no longer works for Precision Plumbing due to health issues. Marvin said that he would call me Thursday (9/22/22) mid-morning to discuss scheduling someone to come out to do the remaining work.
October 10, 2022 – I called Marvin Bingham to check on when the work would be scheduled to be completed.
At this point, Marvin had a crew scheduled to complete the job on October 24, 2022, October 31, 2022 & November 1, 2022. Each of these dates were canceled due to various staffing and health issues per messages from Marvin Bingham.
November 2, 2022 – December 1, 2022 – During this period, I contacted Marvin via phone (5) five times and via text messaging (4) four times but received no responses for rescheduling of work as of the date of this posting.
I remain hopeful that Marvin will schedule a crew to resolve the problem and I will provide updated review comments accordingly.
December 6, 2022 @ 5:00PM – I called Marvin and he indicated that he is now disabled and can no longer work and no longer has a crew to do any work for him. He recommended that I contact somebody else to complete the work.

Called to request a quote on adding an irrigation meter to my existing city services line. I was told it would be $89.95 for a quote and any parts required would be extra...??? Uhm...what parts are needed for a job quote...pencils, paper and a calculator? I will gladly provide my own for them to use to save the extra charges.

I asked if the $89.95 would be credited if they did the work and the girl said it depended on the size of the job. Really?? I'm still stunned.

I am hopeful she simply misunderstood what I was asking for because there is no way I would pay $90 to get a quote for work. If this is the approach this company takes to securing new business then I will definitely pass and find somebody else who wants to Earn my business the old fashion way.

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty. We would HIGHLY recommend Carolina Blue Plumbing anytime you want an honest, reputable plumbing service.

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

Reps are too rushed to produce commission and forgetting good customer service. Give flippant delivery dates just to get you out then your job gets jammed when Ferguson supply chain lets you down.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.

we requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .
