Ryan and his assistant, Austen, were terrific. I have never known a plumber to be so considerate about communicating the exact time he would arrive. He even confirmed it. They installed a toilet and a new vanity for a bathroom. These guys are friendly and thoughtful. Took their shoes off before coming in! Hurray for Coretech!

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

I moved into my home last year and after some time came up with a list of plumbing fixes and upgrades I wanted done. After doing some research and talking to a few people I kept hearing great things about Shad of CJones! So I got a hold of him and he eventually drove out to my home. He took his time to listen to me and walk around my property with me to discuss the things on my list. He gave me expert advice, thoughts, and nice alternatives, only a plumber of his caliber would know! We then made an appt. for him and another CJones employ, Gilberto, to come out and do the work. They came and conquered! They were so nice, personal, and just superb plumbers all around. I love their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and how efficient they were. Shad even walked me through everything and had me check things out to make sure it all looked good and worked right, and it all turned out even better than I imagined! Bravo gentlemen 👏

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty. I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

I believe these guys have more business than they can handle! I called to get a water leak in the shower fixed in a rental house in Greensboro, but the plumber went to Gibsonville, due to what they called a system failure. When the plumber called from the supply house he did not tell me the parts had to be ordered, so my tenant is still waiting to use their shower. Lots of excuses but not much customer service. I'm not sure If my problem fell through the cracks or of this is normal.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

This is an e-mail for warren and pepe.I have had no water for 2 whole days and it really sucked.those 2 guys did a fantastic job.i was really worried about having a whole cut in my house.But they had to do it to get at my pipes to fix the job.they fixed my water problem and even put a cover in my wall to cover up the hole.luckily it was behind my washer so u cant see it at all.great job guys.if I have any other problems i will call u guys 1st.you both did a great job.I even gave them a million dollar tip for a job well done.ask warren he will tell you.lol.thanks again guys on a job well done..............

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
