I've used Affordable Plumbing four times with Mike doing the work. The first time, when no other company would come due to the weekend and bad weather he came, found a a temporary sump pump and installed a good quality one the next week. On two calls, he fixed the problems and then showed us what to do if they reoccurred.
Mike and his work are trustworthy. He has never taken advantage of our lack of repair knowledge and never has done extra work to get more money. He is a professional.

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

The project in High Point, NC started off very well meeting my expectations but due to health problems of the lead plumber, the work remains incomplete to date leaving an obstruction from the plumber’s auger in the house drain line for nearly 8 months. On the morning of April 7, 2022, I contacted Precision Plumbing for service to unclog my plumbing drain lines in my home, Marvin Bingham, owner dispatched a crew who arrived within 1½ hours. Dan Felder began to unclog the drain lines thru the vents as requested. The motorized drain cable with auger head likely became stuck in a 45 degree bend in the drain line below the kitchen floor. Dan attempted to remove the cable line from the vent and the cable line broke leaving a portion of the line and the auger head in the kitchen drain line. Dan and the assistant plumber viewed conditions to determine how to find the clog and remove it. The assistant plumber departed after a few hours. Dan continued to review interior line locations and how to access the clog utilizing professional means to correct the problem. After several hours of work and no resolve, Dan departed for the day. Dan returned late the next day and found the interior cleanout to remove the clog. Dan was in much pain from a previous arm injury occurring sometime in the past, I assisted him as much as possible. Within 2 hours Dan had the lines flowing very well. He provided an invoice for services rendered including the removal of the broken cable line with the auger head which was not yet done due to his painful condition. It was agreed that $300 would be withheld until he returns in the near future after his arm heals. As a result, I paid the invoice less $300 in good faith to have the work completed as promised.
On April 20, 2022 Dan contacts me indicating that the problem with his arm has worsened due and is waiting for the okay from his doctor to come back to work.
On May 27, 2022 Dan indicated that he has been in the hospital since Saturday May 21, 2022 and hopes to be discharged today. Dan indicated he would let us know when he can return to work.
After numerous calls and texts to Dan Felder thru mid-September 2022 with no responses, I contacted Marvin Bingham, owner of Precision Plumbing on September 21, 2022. Marvin indicated that Dan, a no longer works for Precision Plumbing due to health issues. Marvin said that he would call me Thursday (9/22/22) mid-morning to discuss scheduling someone to come out to do the remaining work.
October 10, 2022 – I called Marvin Bingham to check on when the work would be scheduled to be completed.
At this point, Marvin had a crew scheduled to complete the job on October 24, 2022, October 31, 2022 & November 1, 2022. Each of these dates were canceled due to various staffing and health issues per messages from Marvin Bingham.
November 2, 2022 – December 1, 2022 – During this period, I contacted Marvin via phone (5) five times and via text messaging (4) four times but received no responses for rescheduling of work as of the date of this posting.
I remain hopeful that Marvin will schedule a crew to resolve the problem and I will provide updated review comments accordingly.
December 6, 2022 @ 5:00PM – I called Marvin and he indicated that he is now disabled and can no longer work and no longer has a crew to do any work for him. He recommended that I contact somebody else to complete the work.

My husband used Johns Plumbing at my previous home for plumbing needs and well filtration. Since his passing and moving into my new home, I continue to use this wonderful company for my water filtration of city water and checking my copper pipes. I continue to experience the knowledgeable and professional service that was experienced in the previous home. There has never been a problem with their work. Also, each technician who has been out, has taken the time to answer my questions thoroughly as well as show me how each different system operates. In my new home, they made sure I also knew how and when to replace the Carbon Filter for the whole house and the kitchen Reverse Osmosis, even showing me how to maintain my ice maker after having the reverse osmosis hooked to the refrigerator. I highly recommend this company!

CJones Plumbing is a wonderful company to reach out to for new construction, remodels, and service plumbing. They truly cover any plumbing needs. CJones employees are very professional and great to respond. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services. Many coworkers and myself have used CJones for service plumbing and the service dept is prompt, professional, and quick to respond. They help explain issues and how they properly need to be handled/taken care of.

To say that Bill is outstanding to work with would be an understatement! His communication, pricing, knowledge, and quality of work are second-to-none. I have had Bill perform multiple plumbing jobs including an outdoor kitchen hookup, shower faucet replacement, faucet replacements, and a backflow preventer for my irrigation system. All of this work was of the highest quality and best value. Anything that required permits was handled swiftly and accurately, and everything passed inspection the first time. These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
