I made an appointment for there AC check special. This is there way of trying to get you to buy a new system. Got a second opinion and all I needed was freon. Basically the service guy will pull up your property and try to sell you a unit claiming that your unit is out of date. Call someone else!!! Look up there poor reviews on Yelp😉

Have used Affordable on a few occasions...the most recent being to replace a wall hung sink and faucet in an older home. As all other times Mike returned my call promptly, they arrived on time and the work was done very professionally. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the area once the installation was completed. The job was a bit more in depth than originally thought, but Mike and Joseph didn't let that deter them! Kudos to them for a job well done!

Rey arrived as planned to fix my water heater and restore water service to my house. I was completely impressed with his experience, knowledge and confidence in tackling a series of problems with this water heater. Because of my impression of his professionalism, I signed up for the membership.

Do not use this company, Greensboro is a big enough City to find a company that will actually work for you, be reasonable, and show integrity. This is not the company. Bad experiences over the same problem multiple times. All to be told at the end that they don't have any records for services they provided from less than 2 years (2020). You would be a fool to pick this company, look at all of the reviews and get multiple quotes from other companies before you make the same bad decision I made. Thank you

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

I am extremely pleased with Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air. I had a water heater die last night - when it was freezing cold out - and Johns had a technician out to fix it at 9:30 p.m. In spite of the freezing cold weather, the tech was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We needed a new one, which was not unexpected considering the age of the existing system. So, the tech was back first thing this morning (a Saturday) - with a smile - and got the new system installed. Very reasonable price, especially considering that this is both after hours and on a weekend. I highly recommend Johns' services. Outstanding!

For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

I worked for the company for 25 years. My boss at the time got caught stealing from the company. They moved him to another position but he fired others for lesser offenses. He's still working there. Does this sound like an equal opportunity company?

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
