Best Hvac in Greensboro NC

On the schedule from 5pm to noon the next day. No tech call. Multiple receptionists, who were kind, but the dispatch never responded. We called Mebane Air & they got right on it!

We had a difficult schedule with juggling several different contractors on a big job in our kitchen. The plumbers from Greensboro Plumbing and Heating were flexible and worked around and between the other contractors. Once they were here, they were friendly and curteous and VERY competent!

While i had a good experience with our hvac tech over a couple of years, I would highly recommend staying away from this business. We had a part go bad and asked for an estimate of time and hours and they refused to do so. I don't deal with companies that aren't up front about breaking down their estimates. For the record, another local HVAC company did the same job with two people in two hours. I was given a quote for two people for a whole days rate. Extremely disappointed in how this company did business after being a customer for a couple of years. Plese do yourself a favor and stay away. I would give a zero rating if I could.

I've used Affordable Plumbing for several years and have always been extremely happy with their responsiveness and efficiency. Most recently, they replaced an HVAC system for me and the cost savings over other quotes I received was significant! The Affordable Team is top-notch and I highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Rey, the Master Plumbing technician, was very professional and thorough, as well as excellent customer service.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

I have been a customer for years; and, I wanted to let you all know I truly appreciate the quality of John's Plumbing people and the work they do. I give them a net promoter score of 10. Also kudos to Mr. Jimmy Hill. He has had a few jobs in our home and always does a great job. Also all my past interactions with John's Plumbing employees has been great.

Shane is always on time and respectful. He calls or texts before he comes to work on our home. He has done everything from replacing burnt out bulbs, replacing locks, fixing holes in the walls to building a gate for the patio area. Always leaves the area he works in neat and clean. Highly recommended!

Rey and Jeff were very friendly and professional. They completed our seasonal plumbing inspection today and took the time to explain everything they had seen.

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. I've worked with them before in a commercial setting and was just as pleased with their service then as I am their residential service. Thanks for the help!

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
