RECENTLY USED WILLIAMS PHA TO INSTALL A SOLAR ASSISTED AMERICAN STANDARD VARIABLE SPEED 20 SEER SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE ZONE CONTROL FOR OUR HOME.I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AND THE MANNERISMS THE INSTALLERS USED IN HANDLING THESE COMPONENTS.INSTALLATION MANAGER, BRANDON, WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED REGARDING EVERY ASPECT OF THE INSTALLATION AND WAS SUPPORTED BY TWO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE INSTALLERS, TERRY AND SEBASTIAN. I AM A HANDS ON KIND OF PERSON SO I WAS CRAWLING AROUND UNDER THE HOUSE WITH THESE MEN OBSERVING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS AND WAS AMAZED AT THEIR EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF WORK.ALL DUCT WORK WAS HUNG NEATLY AND SEALED AS CODE REQUIRED WITH MUCH ATTENTION DEVOTED MAKING THE JOB VERY PLEASING VISUALLY.STARTUP OF EQUIPMENT WENT SMOOTHLY WITH GENEROUS EXPLANATION REGARDING ITS OPERATION TO THE HOMEOWNER. THE LARGE THERMOSTAT MONITORS INSTALLED ARE EASY TO OPERATE, CLEAR TO READ AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO WI-FI FOR ON SCREEN INFORMATION THAT THE HOME OWNER MAY FIND BENEFICIAL..ie.. SUCH AS WEATHER CONDITIONS, CURRENT AND PENDING.WILLIAMS EVEN TOOK CARE OF MY BLOWN-IN INSULATION NEEDS WHICH PREVENTED USING ANOTHER OUTSIDE RESOURCE. WILLIAMS IS CAPABLE OF MULTIPLE SERVICES TO MEET A HOME OWNERS NEED WITHOUT SHOPPING AROUND.I LOVE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THIS VARIABLE SPEED SYSTEM BECAUSE IT KEEPS OUR HOME AT A COMFORTABLE CONSTANT TEMPERATURE. THIS SYSTEM OPERATES WITH DC DRIVES, (COMPRESSOR, FAN AND BLOWER) SO YOU WILL FIND THAT IT IS MORE ECONOMICAL TO OPERATE. WE HAVE A 2500 SQ FT HOME AND OUR POWER BILL FOR JANUARY WAS $173.00 WHILE KEEPING THE STAT SET AT 72*.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ONLY THE AMERICAN STANDARD VARIABLE SYSTEM BUT THE EXPERTISE OF WILLIAMS PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR AS YOUR RESOURCE FOR INSTALLATION.

Had over 30 years experienced with this company for my parents home and now I use them for my own home as well when needed. Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Brandon and Amon did a great job on this project. We had an extremely clogged pipe that was original to the house (1953). After presenting me with an estimate, they replaced a whole section of pipe on the same day. I was very impressed that they were willing to start the work at 4 p.m. even though they knew it would be a four-hour job. I very much appreciate that they took care of it on the spot. Highly recommend!

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

I had a water leak in my laundry room. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. It was installed the next day. Great job! Reasonable price. Also replaced toilet and faucet in my mother's house. Again, very professional and great job. Will call on them again for all plumbing needs

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

As a property management company we have been doing bushiness with Vortex for years. for the most most part we have been satisfied with there work only having to call them back on a couple of occasions. the way the owner spoke to my son today however has me questioning the level of professionalism that can be expected from Vortex. we fear that even if they may be a cheap option it may be better to go with another option for drain cleaning in the future. we are now concerned with the cost of possible ramifications from such unprofessional conduct outweighing any amount of savings in the long run. -attached are images of texts between the owner and my son.
