Best Hour Emergency in Greensboro NC

I spoke with the company on a Friday and they were out ready to fix on Tuesday. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem, gave me a quote on the spot. Within an hour he had the parts, (old system and had to go get the correct replacement), and just like that, no more leaks....I know it's tough to pick a good contractor these days, that's my job at a local university. But I will without any reservations recommend them for your next job. Local and honest....works for me.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

On the schedule from 5pm to noon the next day. No tech call. Multiple receptionists, who were kind, but the dispatch never responded. We called Mebane Air & they got right on it!

Just to come out was $90, but to replace a hot water heater. The quote was $7,000, I couldn’t believe it. Told the tech to go

I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

I've gone through these fine folks several times now. My grandmother is going through them for her needs as well. Very professional and yet exceedingly friendly. Not only promptly on time, but when time is available came out the same day.
Not only will I continue to go through them for any work, but also have and will continue to recommend to all family/friends.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

As a property management company we have been doing bushiness with Vortex for years. for the most most part we have been satisfied with there work only having to call them back on a couple of occasions. the way the owner spoke to my son today however has me questioning the level of professionalism that can be expected from Vortex. we fear that even if they may be a cheap option it may be better to go with another option for drain cleaning in the future. we are now concerned with the cost of possible ramifications from such unprofessional conduct outweighing any amount of savings in the long run. -attached are images of texts between the owner and my son.

Hands down the best fab shop I've worked in and the guy I work under (Jeff) is the best boss I've ever had. You have his back and he's got yours. There's slot of room for improvement at this company as well. I have no complaints
