No call and no show. Even after their appointment service called to confirm our appointment at 5pm. Waited until 7pm and found another HVAC company that actually keep it's committment.

Wes and Scott were nice enough and responsive. They had to replace the fan motor in my outside unit. They told me the cost for the part was $200 and the service fees and labor were an additional $300. It took them half an hour to replace the motor. Doesn't seem very affordable to me. They billed me $75 for 2 service calls (one to diagnose the problem and another service fee to return with the part), and $150 for 30 minutes worth of labor. I don't know, just seems too high to me.

Almond came out and he was professional. However, I misunderstood what was included with the $85 dispatch fee. I didn’t have any work completed other than the inspection, which I didn’t need.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Ken and Gino provided excellent service and knowledge about our ac unit and what we needed to do to fix it/replace it. They both showed up on time and were very professional. We will be doing more business with go green in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had them come out to service our AC. They said it was a freon leak. We asked where is it leaking? They said they are not allowed to trace a leak. I dont understand a service company that will not investigate a problem. They said all they could do was recharge the freon. I asked did he think it would last the rest of the summer? He said yes, so we told him to proceed with the recharge. $900 + was the charge. Now 5 days later it has all leaked out again and the system is frozen again. What a waste of money. Never again will we use their service.

I truly appreciate this team! They make me feel like the are here attending to my concerns and needs versus making me feel like they are here for the buck. I’ve been faithful to this company for 20 years and they have never let me down with HVAC services. From system design, installation and ongoing maintenance, this organization and its crew are the industry best-in-class!

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
