These guys are awesome! I know the owners personally and they are amazing people and it flows right through to their company and their workers. We have a puppy who was teething and she decided the water pipe to the outside hose looked like a good place to take out her aggression. Needless to say, OLD FAITHFUL was spewing out of the side of my house in no time! Robins Plumbing not only came out right away and fixed it but put in a copper pipe so the puppy could never do that again!Prompt, reasonable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, AWESOME! Wouldn't call anyone else, ever.

I had a serious plumbing issue a couple of days before Christmas and they responded quickly. Once the issue was properly diagnosed, repairs were completed. I will definitely contact this company for any future plumbing problems and have recommended them to others.

My grandson decided to flush his SpongeBob toy in my toilet with several of his other toys. Some of the toys were retrieved earlier. But little did we know sponge bob was still hanging out causing flushing issues. Raul was able to quickly retrieve the toy in a matter of minutes while I was working nearby on a a conference call. He called me the day before and just prior to his visit to keep me updated on his arrival. He was professional and very nice. He told me what he needed to do and showed me the culprit afterwards. Great work!

I received estimates and interviewed 8 plumbing companies to replace my leaking gas water heater. We built this house 17 years ago and this is our 5th water heater so I decided to consider a tankless model. I chose Armstrong Plumbing because Roger was the most knowledgeable of all the companies I talked to. He was prompt when he showed up to give me an estimate, very professional and his 35 years of plumbing experience was obvious. I was very impressed with his presentation and knowledge of the products we were discussing. He came to my house the next day and installed a tankless water heater and during the installation process he was neat and efficient. While his pricing was lower than any of the other estimates I chose him for his expertise and knowledge of the product and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I will call him for any future plumbing issues and I have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is also in need of a water heater. I am very impressed and very satisfied with the work that was performed.

A few months after Roger replaced my water heater my 3-year-old grandson flushed a plastic egg down one of our toilets and it was lodged in so tight it could not be removed. Roger recommended a toilet to replace it and he installed it quickly with no mess. As a repeat customer I continue to be impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and his commitment to his customers. He is and will continue to be my go-to plumber for all my plumbing needs as I trust him with any problem I could have. As a handicapped individual there is not a lot I can do around the house, especially in the plumbing field and I am fortunate to have someone I can call for any plumbing need.
