Water knocking was driving us mad. Adrian diagnosed the problem and fixed our master regulator valve and also conducted an plumbing inspection around the house. He was great great and we will ask for him in future.

Josh is great! He was ten minutes early for our appointment, professional, and super responsive to questions and concerns we had regarding our kitchen renovation. He was able to remedy some gas line concerns we had on the spot and for a fair price. Really happy with the service and will absolutely call Josh again when plumbing services are needed.

This company is always going above and beyond to help us. They did a few extra tweaks to two faucet replacements at their cost to ensure we removed some parts that could fail in the future. Big fan of this company.

So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

Great company from beginning to end. Janet was sweet and understanding she set up an appointment for the next day and then had me talk to Jesse who knew exactly what I needed, he showed up on time the next day and did the work quickly and professionally. Quality work at a fair price.

They had the right price to sort out the leak in my heater so I went with them out of desperation. Let me tell you, they are THE BEST!!!!

Roger replaced our old water heater and softener. He installed a high-end tankless system that looks and works great, and was priced fairly. What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I can not recommend Jason and this company enough, Thank you for saving the day!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

Excellent customer service from Tom and Nancy and an outstanding service call from Jesse. Scheduled us first thing in the AM when we called desperately on a Sunday evening, Fixed our issue with an over tightened kitchen valve by previous owners that we couldn’t repair ourselves and answered a gazillion questions. Our fixer-upper will need lots of plumbing repairs and we’ll be using Sav-on for each and every issue.

Recently had problems with our plumbing and I can say this company is the best! Right away knew what the problem was and got right to it . The worker was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will be calling them from now on if I have any problems !

Adam worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.A good job was done on replacing my pipes.The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.But everything turned out okay
