Plumber's are good but called on a customer service issue about warranty info and was told to take my business elsewhere

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Excellent service. Estimate was completed one day and the next day the entire list was completed including 3 bathroom faucets, 2 shower faucets, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal. All the tasks were pretty difficult as most equipment was original from '85 so there was lots of skill needed. Chris #1119 completed a mammoth task and with quality. Chris is also very informative. Thanks!

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

We had a pipe on the front of the house break which caused us to have to turn the water off. I emailed the company after hours to request service and Tracy emailed me back within the hour. We got an appointment next day! Brandon arrived on time and was super friendly and assessed the repair needed and gave us a fair quote. He even noticed my dad is a senior veteran by the license plate on his truck, and thanked him for his service!! He was very knowledgeable and did the repair very quickly. I will be using this company for future projects and recomend them to anyone looking for skilled and friendly plumbers! Overall great company with great employees like Brandon and Tracy!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life.
