I live in an older house with my family and we had a bad experience over the weekend. Both of our Toilets were clogged at almost the same time in the middle of the night. We tried our plunger from 99 cent store, but it was not working at all. We had no working Toiets in the house. So I took out my phone and started googling 24hr Emergency Repairs Plumbers. This was in the middle of the night and our toilets had been clogged for a while. I called about 4 peoria plumbers, couple of them answered the phone. One was too pricey, he said because its Emergency repairs and its late. The other one was reasonable and very professional. He came over within an hour and was able to unclogg our toilets with his specialized drain snake in about 30 minutes. What a life saver! Highly Recommended...

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. We sprung a leak last night at midnight or so. I called save-on first thing this a.m., they had somebody out here by 10 am, he was all done in an hour or so. The young man was very knowledgeable, fast and conscientious. We have used Save-On before this, and will use them again!

I called Roto-Rooter in a panic when my sink drain wasn’t draining - and the representative who assisted me assured me they could help and answered all my questions - I booked in a heartbeat and was able to get an appointment asap! My tech Roman was on time and very courteous - took the time to explain the service and how to care for my pipes- plus he was cool with my dogs! A major plus 🤗🐈🐶

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Had a stain on a downstairs ceiling. Roman cut a small piece of drywall out and found the issue was with a poorly installed toilet seal in the master bath upstairs. He arrived on time, covered his work space and got the job done quickly, tested the toilet and it's working perfectly now. The Plumber Guy got us on their schedule within 2 days. They call the day of your service to give you a 30 minute window. This is old school customer service. If you need a plumber, your search is over!

My water heater busted and I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Nicholas was dispatched to my house to assess the situation and resolved them. I often talk to my tech and usually they're too busy to hold a decent conversation. Nicholas worked, explained the situation and conversed with me as a person who cared what I was going through and my problematic water heater. Well I use there service again.... Definitely.

Called and my call was answered by a real person who was so nice and helpful. Got an appointment the same day. Service tech was on time and fixed my problem in speedy time. He was nice, friendly and respectful as well as being a genius! And the cost was very low. I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them whenever I need them for future issues.
