Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Glendale AZ

We called Bumble Bee because we kept getting a clog in our master bathroom toilet and shower. We have two bathrooms but only the master toilet was backing up. Jim camera the line and found a pipe with roots coming through from the bottom of the pipe. So he gave us a good quote we just need to come up with money. After getting the money saved up to do the work, we got the work done replaced part of the pipe that had roots growing up from the bottom. Was very happy with the work they did. But then we had the same problem again. Jim came back out and camera our line and unplugged our toilet. Thought we finally fixed the problem. 3 weeks later it happened again. I was a little frustrated at first because we spent so much money for a problem that still wasn't fixed. It was now the third time coming back for the same problem. I thought I was going to be charged for them coming back out again, but instead, Mike came out and camera the line again and finally found the problem. It was a piece of the toilet seal that was wedged in the pipe it was easy to miss. Mike showed us the problem on the camera and with great skill managed to pull it out! My husband and I were very impressed. He not only fixed the problem but made sure the check everything he could think of to make sure that everything was good. No charge and even got some money back from the last call. What we thought we going to be a pain to get resolved was surprisingly smooth and pleasant. We have some unexplained moisture, and Josh was very helpful in evaluating and explaining what our next steps are, and honest in explaining that if it’s the sprinkler system (as we suspect) then a sprinkler company would give us a better deal on the repair.

I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!

bad install of water softener and ro system problems

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Bill went above and beyond and fixed our shower after we had another guy attempt but then break the shower nozzle. Should have called Bumble Bee from the get go!

I called Deer Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and they sent a plumber out the same day who fixed the issue and didn't charge me. I thought that was great! I also had them come out to assess my water heater. The plumber was able to fix it without any cost which is always fantastic when you are on a budget. They are fast
