We had a Sunday emergency and got very quick, professional, and super friendly service. My water is back on and I have a functioning shower!!! We will definitely use Robin's for all our future plumbing needs.

Roger removed my soft water system (which was leaking and not properly installed). If I was not selling my current house in the next two years I would have had Roger properly install a new water softener system.

Beyond just fulfilling my request to de-install my current soft water system, Roger explained to me how a proper installation should have been and why he thought a water softener is a must have for AZ.

When I purchase my retirement home in AZ I'll have Roger install a soft water system...install and maintain it properly.

Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
