Would I use them again? you betcha...and I did!Update: Michael and Bumble Bee were so good 1st time, I went back to BB Plumbing, and I drew Michael Probst again. Michael drained water heater on 1 yr anniversary. He explains to customer what he's doing; he is competent, accommodating, and goes the extra mile. How much do I like their service: I'll have them back next yr to drain water heater again.4aug21: signed up for the BB yearly pgm...worth the $! Michael....what can I say...fast, efficient, knowledgeable. And he's a service technician with a personalilty.Turned to BB again...to check sewer line. No issue...was just being proactive. Vincente was surprised...he said line was 'super clean.' We've had a few lines in our community back up into residences...decided I should check mine. Always receive excellent service from BB.

Ron came within an hour of our call on a Sunday right before Independence Day. He was both professional and friendly. There was a flat fee rather than an hourly rate, so we appreciated that he took his time over the necessary repair. He complimented my husband's initial repair attempt, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge of an Arizonan's plumbing needs. We would definitely recommend Robin's Plumbing overall and Ron in particular for his expert, quality repair work.

Bad customer service Tom quoted 59$ to look at it then when we agreed he said it won’t be til 36 hours. Then mentioned it was an emergency he said no availability then hung up. Wish you could of helped

Called to remove a plastic card that was stuck down in the toilet drain out of sight. It took a bit of jiggery-pokery to get it out from the crevice where it jammed itself, but they got it out. Good guys and would definitely recommend.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Two showers and toilet s (Plus my laundry room ) remodels major plumbing project. This guy knows what he’s doing! I highly recommend him! (Leak upstairs dripping into our bathroom) He and Ricardo were thorough in their explanation to me as to what happened which was nice for someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues.
