Jesus and Devante at Bumble Bee Plumbing were great! My hot water heater went out a few days before New Years Eve and other locations I called told me they couldn't come out until after the New Year. But Bumble Bee Plumbing offered to come out the same day I called and didn't charge me anything extra for it. They kept in constant touch with me via cell phone to make sure I knew when the techs were go to arrive and if the time frame still worked for me. They sent Jesus and Devante out and they were both polite, professional and very friendly. They made sure I had a full understanding of the issue and then gave me several options to choose from, instead of telling me it's going to cost $$$$ and that was my only option. Afterwards Bumble Bee Plumbing called to make sure all my needs were met. I will NOT hesitate to contact Bumble Bee Plumbing again for this home or any other home in the future. They were great!!

Josh was our technician. He scheduled in advance and showed up as promised. The workmanship was as good as it gets. The cost was as stated with no extra fees. I could not be happier.

Bad customer service Tom quoted 59$ to look at it then when we agreed he said it won’t be til 36 hours. Then mentioned it was an emergency he said no availability then hung up. Wish you could of helped

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.
