Mike - once again came to the rescue! He arrived and was prepared to install the new Hero water softener that we had anxiously been waiting for it to be installed as our new water home filtration. Initially we thought the price was too high but after using the product for about 2wks now, it works very well, so much better than what we had before, family really likes the product, we have noticed a big difference in water quality, and we compared numerous other water softeners around the area and are pleased with the Hero Water Softener. Upon arriving at my residence, Technician seemed more anxious in setting me up with mold remediation company that same day. I'm sure there is a hefty kickback for setting up (more than their discounted service call. I ended up having to contract another reputable company to complete work after running a camera down the clogged line and showing me everything. Beware!

I had a toilet clog and I called up rooter relief to see if they could help. They were super responsive and came out about an hour later to check out the problem. They were super nice and fixed my toilet quickly the same day! Would definitely use again and recommend
