Had a guy come out to check a leak in the front yard. There is a about a 2foot wet spot with some water on top of the rocks. I explained there is a little puddle underneath the rocks and dirt about 2 feet down. No bubbles or anything to show there was some sort of leak other than the small puddle underneath. His first answer was it could be dogs coming up here to pee. I really couldn't believe that was an answer. It's wrong of course. The pricing didn't look right either. And was trying to get me to sign up for a plan. But he had no clue what could be wrong. I see others had a great experience, not saying this is a bad company. Just my experience was a bad one.

Because we needed a new plumber, a more knowledgeable and available than our last service, & the same day, I searched online reviews in my area. Robins Plumbing came up with excellent reviews. I called & Chris is who came to install my bathtub diverter valve & all the new trim . He is very smart & has common sense when it comes to his job. Chris treats customers polite & educates to you his progress when needed. I did find a defect that bothered me after he had completed & left.Steve was over the next week because Chris was at an emergency, and found it to be a problem with the drainpipe & still did a good job adjusting the defect!I like the reward with your loyalty program and I love that you're a family business!

Excellent job done to replace sewer pipe that was twisted by tree roots. Cut out concrete in bedroom, dug down about 4 feet removed root and sewer pipe. Replaced sewer pipe, filled in and concreted to finish. Thanks for completing in 2 days.

Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience.
