Very nice tech. Though I didnt got the work done, as shop being a professional plumbing shop.Work I had was really small thing.Nevertheless the tech was willing to work with me. I said it is too high, I will end up doing it myself.Usually all plumbers charge service call driving fee.But this tech was very courteous.

Brent did the hardest worker and worked diligently with attention to detail installing sink until the job was done, as if he was doing the job for his family.

He then opened a drain for the washer so it exited to sewer rather than kitchen sink. Great intuition to how to treat the problem clog.

I will call him again if I need. He even helped me save money by allowing me to buy all the hardware, sink, etc.

Update: I previously wrote the review below. I had poor service and was frustrated to be contacted and asked to write a review. Clearly the person who contacted me hadn't read about my service calls or they wouldn't have asked for a review. Within a couple of days of posting the review below I was contacted by Steve (who I believe is either the owner or GM). He at first offered to provide a partial refund but then after listening to the details of my experience, apologized and asked what he could do. I didn't feel that I had been overcharged but did feel that a previous repair was incomplete. He spent a couple of days finding a part that was missing and scheduled someone to come out and fix it. They were communicative, courteous, and very professional. The tech who came out was great and fixed the remaining issue. It's a relief to see that customer service is still a priority to Diamondback. I am still a loyal customer and appreciate the attention their management gave to resolving my issue.

Very disappointed in the service recently from this company. I almost wonder if they are under new ownership. Twice I've had work done that wasn't completed properly. The first time they never sent anyone back to fix the poor workmanship and the second time the Manager tried to convince me that they were giving me a deal for charging me almost $300 for replacing a faucet. The tech detached the drain stopper and when I realized it and called them to finish the repair, I was told that wasn't included. It was all BS. The drain worked previously, the tech new there was a new part, and never said a word just left with the work incomplete. Not a great experiences, sadly, after years of really great service.

Leo was professional and helped us ASAP when we were in a crisis. Highly recommend!

The plumber was quick to arrive at our home and repaired the problem. He was tidy and showed respect for our home by leaving the area as clean as he found it. He gave me cards I will share with my neighbors. Actually, my neighbor gave me Instant Plumbing as a referral.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

This is the second time I have called Roadrunner and again they didn’t disappoint!! My water heater had stopped working and it was such a hassle. The roadrunners found the tank I needed and had it installed the next day. What a relief it was to have hot water again.
