What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We moved into our historical home and found out a month later that we needed a complete repipe. We did our research and got multiple estimates, but Robins was the best choice we could make for our home. When Autumn came to the house, she figured out exactly what needed to be done and explained it so I could understand my decisions, she answered every question and was transparent about the whole process. Her authentic delivery of bad news was empathetic and then she would take care of it, as we agreed.

As a company, Robins Plumbing has been phenomenal. Very organized and flexible, they were predictable and consistent. I tell anyone that mentions plumbing to call them, I trust their work and commitment.

Our job was to install plumbing to move our water heater to the garage and add lines for a water softener and laundry sink. Derick did a professional job and willingly answered all my questions about the install. He also was gracious and responsive to make the minor adjustments to the location and routing of the lines per my request. I am very happy with the work and result.
