Best experience with McKinley and the company! We had a very difficult time finding someone who could and would drill through tile to install a fixture and it was perfectly done. Friendly, thorough and skilled. Could not be happier. Reasonably priced and weren’t price gouging like so many other companies we called for estimates. You need these guys!

State 48 fixed our garbage disposal and we were so impressed with the service that we asked them install a full home filtration system. The work was great, on time and very professional. The owner even came out and checked it out after we lost power and the system was reset to make sure everything was still working properly.

He did an excellent, efficient installation of the pressure gauge for my house. He even reattached the hose for me when he was finished which is a little detail that I appreciate. When I called Tom....He was at another job 22 miles away .....After explaining my emergency and sending a video, he said He'd be here as soon as he could....He left his very capable son to finish that job and reported here....he replaced a valve at the meter and capped off an unnecessary line in a very short time....Thank You Tom....for your....Quick Response, Great Professionalism, and Fair Price.....

Mikey is AMAZING! He is very professional, attentive to details and gets the job done. He came out to our commercial property due to a clogged toilet. He made sure to have open communication with myself and the landlord. When our landlord was throwing us through the rings, Mikey had one goal, get the problem resolved! He even came back the next day after he couldn't continue due to building access restrictions to finish the job. When he located the problem he was already ready to move on to resolve out pipe issue. I love that he realized that he had fixed the issue so we could at least use the restroom but also told us an honest professional advice of the condition of our pipes. They were trashed!! We have had issues with our plumbing since we moved into our property and have had many plumber come out to fix it but never a long term fix or solution. Mikey is our hero and I hope he definitely felt that way when he walked in to everyone clapping and cheering him on. Saved us damsels in distress. Thank you Mikey!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
