If they use a scope to look at your pipes make sure you take a video on your phone. We asked for a video after they left to show our landlord. HeMason was reluctant to show our landlord when our landlord returned from being out of the country.Professional knowledgeable well mannered. Yes I would call Mason and his company again. Skylar came out to fix a leaking gate valve and spigot. He was able to come out quickly, did a great job and was very affordable. I got quotes from 4 different companies and not only was Skylar the most affordable but the one I trusted the most.

We're first-time homeowners in a historic home, and we've called on Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing several times over the past few years. Tyson and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, and he always does a great job explaining the issue and how it was resolved. We also feel his pricing is very fair. Tyson has tackled routine issues in the house -- leaky bathtub drain, faucets, and toilets -- and most recently diagnosed and repaired a mysterious pool of standing water in our back yard in about an hour. (!) We wouldn't use anyone else, and we have his number saved permanently in our phones!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

We had an amazing experience getting our entire house repiped, both cold and hot. David, Cameron, and MJ worked their butts off to get the huge job done in just 2 days! They were incredibly respectful in our home; they put plastic down and vacuumed up their mess. All of these workers are just great guys- even my dog loved them. Highly recommend.

I had a clog in the waste disposal and after a quick call, they were able to come the next day to help me out. It would have been easy for them to just send someone to come by for an estimate but they came out when I needed them and did their job. They were very friendly too.

Josh did a great job. Faucet fixed in minutes and was very punctual.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Jack was not only on time but he was prepared with what he needed for our job and was very professional about his services. Jack took care of our plumbing issues immediately and made some smart suggestions to help us improve our water service quality. He was clean and methodic on what he did. We would certainly call him again when we have other plumbing issues.

I recently used this plumber service for a repair and I couldn't be happier. The plumber was punctual, thorough, and fixed the issue with my toilet efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive.

Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!

Over the last few weeks, I have had a small pond forming on my property line with my neighbor - I thought it was my neighbor, my neighbor thought it was me. I called AZ Leak Detection (again). Within minutes, they found the leak and were able to deduce how my irrigation system is really piped, and just today, they returned to fix the leak. Both the original root causing and today were perfectly executed (again). I've read a couple negative posts here - if you're looking for a knowledgeable and family-owned/run business, AZ Leak Detection is your company - give them a chance! Terrific job again - I'm very grateful I found you!

After two other companies stood me up, I stumbled across AZ Leak Detection. Adam and his helpers were amazing. Root caused my problem in less than an hour and personally showed up the following day to fix it. Happy to see that this level of expertise and service exists somewhere in the world! Well done!
