Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

I worked with Chris at Jmax and had a great experience through the process for building our pool. We had a water heater threatening to blow so, in a panic, I called them for help. I'm sure it was just dumb luck, but Luis showed up in under an hour from the time of my call. Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!
