Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Glendale AZ

Bumble Bee installed new valves in my shower 11 month ago. They called last week to check up on me. I told them I wished the cold faucet was a little more sensitive. They came right out on their 12 month warranty and membership and fixed it perfectly for no charge. They catered to me being picky about it. I am so happy to have it fine tuned perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. They take customer satisfaction seriously

Robins Plumbing was recommended by our home inspector and we are so appreciative to have worked with them on several recent items at the house, some of which needed urgent replacement. Damon was professional, clearly communicated options, proposed a work plan and estimate. Mike and he arrived when scheduled, performed the work as discussed, verified everything was working and provided information for follow up as needed. Will definitely hire again if needed.

Roger Armstrong did a great job on and outdoor plumbing leak. Very responsive and performed his job with expertise. I watched in amazement. Wow, would certainly use him for other jobs. Nice guy too.

Jason was on time and was able to fix my plumbing problem immediately . I wish there was more contractors like him! If you have the chance, definitely use this company!

Never had work done. But their employees will cut you off on the freeway with no care and flip you off. Added photo of said employee and truck.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Update: the office manager saw the review that I wrote below she refunded the bill to a fair price to me and my wife,
I'm very happy about this I felt I was extremely overcharged, if ever I have a plumbing problem I would like to talk to Ms. Nancy and try this company again...

(Save on plumbing not at all, $283 bucks just to change the upstairs shower on and off faucet. I will never go with a small company again they charge too much, oh the good part I didn't have to pay the service call which was $49 bucks...)

State 48 fixed our garbage disposal and we were so impressed with the service that we asked them install a full home filtration system. The work was great, on time and very professional. The owner even came out and checked it out after we lost power and the system was reset to make sure everything was still working properly.

Very nice person who got the job done for a great price! I would use him again and I have no complaints 😎👍

After seeing an ad for a $49.95 water heater flush at Plumbing Masters, that seemed like a great promo deal. First appt on 6 March was cancelled that morning due to an emergency call and rescheduled to the 18th some time between 1 and 6pm. After no word by 4pm, I tried to call and it rang for almost 2 minutes before I hung up. Called again later and Keira said Ron was enroute. Ron said he couldn't do the flush because it took special chemicals and would cost $119.95, not $49.95 as advertised, despite the receptionist asking if this was a tankless heater when I made the appt. When she called to reschedule I said we would be using someone else. She said if I couldn't find anyone to do it for $49.95 they could reschedule the appt for $119.95. I tried to explain the issue wasn't so much the cost but the apparent bait and switch or receptionist error, but she hung up on me as I tried to explain. Word of caution about Plumbing Masters. They may advertise themselves as the Smell Good Plumbers, but they smell fishy to me.UPDATE: 3 April 2019RATING CHANGED TO 4 STARSTodd arrived on time, was very professional and did a thorough cleaning of our tankless water heater. The owner did contact me after I posted a 2 star review due to a miscommunication with their staff not making it clear the $49.95 special did not include tankless water heaters. I believed the issue was resolved internally with the owner honoring the $49.95 advertised special. I was impressed that the owner responds to all reviews. I have reassessed my opinion of this company and have changed my rating to 4 stars. Well done.
