LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

I had used Plumbing Masters in the past and had very bad experiences with them. This time I needed someone the next day (a weekend) so they were available. I called 2 others first but one you leave a message and they didn't call back the other closed at 7:30pm. Randy and Mark came out and did exactly what was needed and nothing else. They both were very understanding to how a family needs to make a dollar stretch. I hope this is a new beginning of a trusted relationship with the plumbing company I stopped using. I wish I'd found them earlier, and I kind of don't want you to call them since I want them to be immediately available next time I call ;)The person who answered the phone when I called was awesome. In addition to getting my contact info and description of the problem, she showed empathy toward my predicament (!!) and explained the process the company would take to resolve the problem.The technician who came to my house, David O'Connor, was also fantastic. Competent, efficient, great communicator, and just a nice person that I'd want to be friends with. He fixed the problem and showed me a few other issues I might want to consider fixing in the near future. He gave me options so I could choose what worked best for my budget and schedule.And they were able to get to my house first of the three companies I called.

Had a plumber come out at 9pm and fix some leaky water shut off valves at the house. Service was quick and if any leaks appear they'll come out and fix them within 30 days. Great service and great pricing too!
