Best Hour Plumbing Service in Glendale AZ

We started a toilet project on a very old system...when we got to the flange that was horribly rusted, the bolts wouldn't even move so we wanted to support a local company. Boy did we get lucky!! The men that came to save the day were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They did a fantastic job! We will recommend Robins to everyone we know.

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Plumbers were excellent at finding the source of the issue and were very polite and professional upon walking in the door as well finishing the job. They knew what they were doing and I had no doubt in my mind I called the right people to get the job done.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Michael Phay is the best! He helped me and my husband tremendously! He even taught us how to work and fix certain basic plumbing issues free of charge! He is truly a life saver and a teacher as well! He is a people person and talked very well to us about the plumbing problem and taught us things around it! He isn’t too expensive as other plumbers are and he taught us a lot and made our first plumbing issue experience feel like a breeze he truly made us stress free about it! Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
