Andrew came to my place tonight to unclog a sewer line. Gave me all kinds of good advice, contacted another team to come out to do a clean up and check the water damage from the back up into my house. Nicest guy in the world! I had a water leak for a while on my kitchen faucet / sink and it’s hard to find a good plumbing service company due to past experience were not the best but when I had called Sav-On plumbing. I had spoken to Nancy she was very professional and had notified to me on what plumber she was going to send out and what time to expect him to arrive . Jesse had sent a text message when he was on his way . when Jesse had arrived he was very polite and professional he had explained the issue going on and the solution to fix it . Jesse had got the job done in a quick matter of time . I am very happy with their services provided and would definitely recommend Sav-On plumbing to family and friends .

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Great and professional service! Of course it happened on a Sunday but they were super responsive. Gave me a window of time and was running late but kept me up to date every step of the way. The repair was completed quickly and our tech was super nice! It was much more pricey than we anticipated but for same day service it was worth it!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!
