David OConnor was a pleasure to have work on our faucets. He replaced our hot and cold water shut off valves and installed a water filter system. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced with over 10 years in plumbing. We would recommend him and the company. We’ll be using them again for service.

The plumber was very informative and effecient. He was timely and shared the bid in a professional manner. He explained the septic system to me. I will defiently use this service again.

I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Devante came out to diagnose my water heater for $29.99. My pilot light had gone out and I new I couldn’t be anything major because my heater was only four years old. Came out and basically did nothing and said That there’s three different parts that could be bad and he said he would list them on the receipt, which he did not. He also told me the best thing to do is To just get a new water heater because the one that I had was basically a cheap one and there’s so many better ones on the market now, which I thought was very rude. He left did not charge me the 2995 but did not write anything on the slip as far as what the parts were that he thought I would need to fix it so I had to call the company and he called me back and said that oh I guess I forgot to write it down I’ll text you with the parts are which he did but was very unprofessional.After he left I checked with my warranty on my water heater and it was still under warranty through Sears and it’s a Kenmore heater so I had Kenmore come out the following day and their diagnosis on the water heater was it didn’t need any new parts it just needed to be flushed out! So this tech, Devante was trying to scam me. He could care less about diagnosing what was wrong with my w. heater, he just named 3 parts that could go wrong with a w. h. Probably the only 3 parts of a wh that could go bad. You would think flushing it out would be the number one issue that he would of said, but again he didn’t care I was his last call of the day and he just wanted to be done for the day.I’m amazed that Plumbing Masters hires techs like this or maybe they encourage there techs to write orders that are LIES. Don’t use them, they will tell you something is wrong when it IS NOT

I really appreciated the work of Dan and his team. They were communicative, professional, and above all genuinely nice to interact with.I was shown and had the work described to me in detail before it began and throughout the process. When their initial estimate didn't cover the fulls cope of work, I was given options and presented with recommendations based on if it was their homes. I felt comfortable making the decisions because they took the time.Dan and his team have made a bumble customer for life. This is my first home and now it will be a Bumble Bee Home.

So thankful for their speedy service, their guys worked super hard on my leak and got it fixed and cleaned up as if it was never there. Thank you so much for all of your hard work !

Mike arrived on time and immediately confirmed we had a bad water regulator. He replaced the bad one with another (better) brand which we hope will last a lot longer than the Apollo that came with the house. We have better water pressure now than we have ever had since being in our home 6.5 yrs. I also asked his opinion on why no water coming out of one of our guest bathroom spigots; he took a quick look and indicated why no water was coming through, afterwards my husband and I were able to fix the problem thanks to Mike’s expertise. Thanks so much, we now are enjoying life again!

Josh installed a pressure reducing valve flawlessly. We have been breaking our irrigation system due to too much pressure. We called Robins Plumbing this morning and we got the help we needed right away. Five out of five service. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

After our home warranty company referred 2 companies to replace our water heater that were either inept or unavailable, we contacted Home Depot. They use Delta Mechanical. The gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. He tried to get a tech to our house same day but being afternoon, that didn’t work out. The next morning Ivan showed up as scheduled at 8am. He was very polite and got straight to work. He finished our vented gas water heater install in less than 2 hours!! We’re very very pleased with Delta Mechanical!
