I called Deer Valley Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and they sent a plumber out the same day who fixed the issue and didn't charge me. I thought that was great! I also had them come out to assess my water heater. The plumber was able to fix it without any cost which is always fantastic when you are on a budget. They are fast

Friendly people but they absolutely had no idea what they were doing. They didn't diagnose the problem correctly and I had to have someone else come out and fix their mistakes. They promised a call back to discuss my experience but they never did. Numerous phone calls to them with promises of a return call... never happened. No one has taken the time to contact me in management despite me asking many times. Very disappointing, unfortunately I will not be giving them another try, if they would have made an effort I would have been more than happy to work this out and change my review.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Michael is an excellent technician. Our job was more complicated due to a deeper dig, concrete pad. Michael came up with a plan and executed flawlessly. Michael and his team respond quickly to questions and completed the work quicker than originally estimated. Great team.
