I was extremely impressed that I was given an estimate over the phone upon request (with a range) and advised that it might not be exact if something unexpected is discovered. Fair enough!! Most plumbing companies will refuse to give you an idea of cost, which means you have NO idea what they will charge for something that could be a standard repair or replacement. Other plumbing companies I talked to said if I don't like their price, I will only pay a service charge of $85, for nothing but their arrival and over priced quote!!
