Very professional !!! I called and spoke with Craig and they immediately worked us in. Ken came out assessed the issues we were having. He had to make two trips because of a part they did not have . He did everything he could to make sure everything was working properly. We will definitely call them again!

Josh was a life saver. The water supply in my kitchen island suddenly stopped and was out of water for almost a week. I could not wash dishes for almost a week! I had Tim from Option One come out and could not fully diagnose the issue. After being given the run around from Option One, Josh came in and like a push of a button got water restored. Josh also performed amazingly installing our new water faucet. Works like a beauty.

Had an issue with our water softener. Kevin was super friendly, addressed the situation very quickly and detailed all of the steps in the process.

Will definitely use this company and request Kevin next time we have any plumbing needs.

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. Came out for less than 20 mins pulled some baby whipes out the main line and charge $350.00.... and military discount none. 2 vets own this house BTW. Phone follow up after service (didn't care to situate anything) RESPONSE TO OWNER! --- YES you were told we were military... we JUST BOUGHT our house. IT was discussed. Whatever tho I'll pay someone else to PROPERLY fix the issue you failed this review remains.

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.

James was very professional and right on time. He stayed until after dark to get the job done. He suggested a few repairs while he was there and was not pushy and explained why my 30+ year old pipes needed updating around the leaking area.
