Presented me some options for other work they recommended and I didn't face high pressure sales when I declined the additional work at that time. Amazing guys! Our water heater burst open and our plumbing was old and rusted! My house has not had the best maintenance since it was build and not everything was up to code. But Robins came in and got everything up to code and working marvelously! Highly recommend to everyone. I want to thank them for being patient with my family and I and walking us through everything and any time we had questions they were very nice and explained everything to us. The charge of the visit is $59.00 just to come out. He pull to pieces of plastic out of the garbage disposal. He told me he could fix the valve in laundry room, but he could not repair the hole in the wall that the repair would cause. No senior discount on service call.
