Best Drain Line in Glendale AZ

We called Bumble Bee because we kept getting a clog in our master bathroom toilet and shower. We have two bathrooms but only the master toilet was backing up. Jim camera the line and found a pipe with roots coming through from the bottom of the pipe. So he gave us a good quote we just need to come up with money. After getting the money saved up to do the work, we got the work done replaced part of the pipe that had roots growing up from the bottom. Was very happy with the work they did. But then we had the same problem again. Jim came back out and camera our line and unplugged our toilet. Thought we finally fixed the problem. 3 weeks later it happened again. I was a little frustrated at first because we spent so much money for a problem that still wasn't fixed. It was now the third time coming back for the same problem. I thought I was going to be charged for them coming back out again, but instead, Mike came out and camera the line again and finally found the problem. It was a piece of the toilet seal that was wedged in the pipe it was easy to miss. Mike showed us the problem on the camera and with great skill managed to pull it out! My husband and I were very impressed. He not only fixed the problem but made sure the check everything he could think of to make sure that everything was good. No charge and even got some money back from the last call. What we thought we going to be a pain to get resolved was surprisingly smooth and pleasant. Thank you so very much Mike and all the Bumblebee Staff. I would recommend your service to everyone. Very professional and caring felt great to know that there is still some very good business professionals out there. They were very pleasant about the whole thing. Thanks again.

The BEST. I've used lots of plumbers the last 40 yrs. I've even done a lot of my own, but these guys got here the same day another plumber cancelled, looked over my list, gave me a VERY reasonable bid, then showed up the next morning with everything needed and finished that day. I just bought this home and it needed everything from valves on toilets to the kitchen sink. I paid exactly what was quoted. No surprises. Excellent work. Will only use these guys in the future.
