100% installed a new water softener for me. Excellent customer service and the tech did an excellent job with the installation and explaining everything to me as well as walking through the maintenance and warranty. Great Service and would use them again.

I was able to get an appointment for Christmas Eve day. I had a drain problem at my kitchen sink. Arrived on time and took care of my problem within an hour. I mentioned I had seen a coupon on their website and was given this price. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Bumble Bee Plumbing called me today at 1pm and cancelled my appointment last minute. I am currently in the process of closing on a new home and needed to give an estimate to the seller to see how much it would cost to replace the polybutylene pipes in the house (which the seller would have paid for). Because I won't have an estimate to submit today I will get the bare minimum if anything at all from the seller. Not to mention I took the day off so I could be there and get this done, I wasted a personal day. As a buyer in this insane housing market we all know how much it means to save on every corner possible, and this is going to end up costing me for sure. I'm very disappointed how you handled this situation.

Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Would 10000% recommend. Also.. they quoted me 8-10am work time and they were on time! I was expecting like most other companies to show up whenever they wanted, but 8 on the dot they were at my house.

The tech showed up within 2 hours and got the broken pipe fixed the same day. I'm very happy with the service!

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

WOW! This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom was on time and is great at explaining what my issues were that day. I was out of Hot water for two days before I found Tom's company and that day he came out and was able to have the job completed within 2 hours!! This is a truly amazing company. I also loved that he cleaned up any mess that was made not leaving it to me. It's almost as if he wasn't here! Except I have a brand new water heater.

I have referred Nicholas and brad with desert water to several of my pool service customers when they need help with plumbing, gas lines or water softeners. Every time they have shown up quickly and gotten the job done with my customer saying nothing but good things. If you need anything from new water softeners to new gas lines ran across you properly, or even little stuff like back flow valves replaced these guys really know their stuff!! Highly recommend
