Dre was excellent from start to finish. Had him change out all my faucets in the house and angle stops. Did the work in a day and was work the whole time. Donny J. of Pridemark Plumbing did a great job on the repair of our master bathroom toilet. It had a broken seal and there was a mold issue. He took car of everything in a timely fashion, at a very fair price, even down to repairing the walls surrounding the toilet. He was on time, friendly, polite and professional. The tech that came out to help was Angel. He was very polite and professional. I have a manufactured home which makes finding people to work on my home difficult (due to having to go under the crawl space to work) but Angel made me feel very comfortable. He was willing to do the work under the house like it was it any other home instead of making a bigger deal like some companies will do. Angel was very fast, informative, and seemed to really care about his job. Thank you instant plumber you guys are great!

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

I had a Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed. He was Amazing! He was prompt and professional and knocked it out a lot quicker than I imagined! Very satisfied with the price and workmanship. I now feel like an, “ I know a guy” type of homeowner! Definitely will go to him for any future plumbing problems or projects.
