I am very pleased with the plumbing work David did. He went above and beyond to get the job done. My job happened to be a more difficult one and he kept me informed as to how it was going and explained everything he he needed to do. He also set realistic expectations on how long it would take. I had another contractor coming in to refinish my tub, David needed to order another part so he made sure the plumbing wouldn’t be in the way of the refinish job and he came back as soon as the part was in and finished the job. The job turned out perfect! This was the third time I have used Bumble Bee Plumbing and I will use them in the future. Thanks for the excellent service! Tracy

I'll preface this by saying I'm fairly obsessive and detail oriented, so I rarely give five stars for anything - but these guys did everything they said they would. Office scheduled easily, Damon arrived promptly (with a call ahead as requested) and did the work efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

We have had Eddie on three separate jobs. He is super courteous, clean, friendly and professional. He always has what he needs in his truck and fixes the problem with ease, even though I know a few times were a challenge. He takes the time to show me what he is doing and how to fix it myself next time if it is fairly simple. I appreciate that he arrived in a mask in the midst of our COVID pandemic.

The tech Raul was prompt. I was in the know for the entire fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would hire him in a second for another job.

Called to have a new wax ring to fix leak at the base of my toilet. Branden came in like I was bothering him and had to look in his menu for prices and then said I needed a new angle stop wich added to the price. They did offer me a reduced rate for the unnecessary repair. They did not replace the hose just the angle stop. Then, an hour later he tells me that I need a new flange. $200 more... then a new gasket... just kept finding new problems without explanation or showing me the problem. Left me with an over $600 quote. He was belittling, condescending and rude. Left a huge mess under the toilet.

Found a different plumber who said the flange didn't need to be replaced. Fixed me up good doing more work than this place was going to do for 1/3 the price and even fixed up a faucet that was giving me trouble. If you call be sure to expect them to add to your bill extra work.

Justin came to fix a leak that we had in our ceiling. He was so professional, explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. Would absolutely recommend and will rehire for future plumbing needs.

We bought a new fridge and the guys who came out said that the valve behind the fridge needed to be fixed because it was leaking. Called Sav-on this morning. Sent someone out by 10am!! I am rude I forgot his name but he was super friendly and very professional. Definitely will call for any plumbing needs!

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Plumbing Masters came out within an hour, on a Saturday and fixed our broken shower pipe. New fittings and soldering work was top notch and works like new. Our plumber Joshua was very polite and professional.We will definitely be using their services in the future!

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.
