Tommy was out today to fix issues with our toilet. He was incredibly polite and professional. He took all of the time necessary to answer our questions and address our concerns. He was unlike many other plumbers in that he did not aggressively try to upsell us.

Chad Looney came to my home at the suggestion of another Christian Brother employee James Russell to inspect the plumbing around the water heater. He inspected the area around the water heater and showed me where mineral buildup around joints that might be due to a problem with the water softener. He cleaned the area and repaired minor leak to the mineral buildup. Chad was thorough in his explanation of the problem and possible solutions.I have enjoyed a 20 year plus relationship with Christian Brothers and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them for service.Dave Jenkins

I have now had Dignity replace a toilet and a shut off valve for the water system coming from the wall into my refrigerator. Absolutely pleased with this company. Extremely fair pricing, very nice, honest, clean and on time. Highly recommended! I will never call another company for any of my plumbing needs!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Chris and Nate were very considerate and efficient when installing our new tub. Knowledgeable about the process so much that it was a fun educational experience! Polite while I was working from home and let me know if things were about to get loud for a bit so, I could still function through the day. As always he was in time and professional. I have always been able to depend on them to get there within 2 hours, even in off hours, which is great in emergency situations. When changing got water heater, I was offered addition things I didn't know we're available, which really improved performance of the heater. I would recommend them & will call them when I next need a plumber.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me.
