I called Friday and he picked right away! Roland was super helpful and came the next day. Fixed what was needed and didn't over charge. He went over the charges when it was done to make sure we felt comfortable. He was fast and efficient! Will definitely call this company again!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Bumble Bee Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. We have them on speed dial now. Recently, our home built in the 1980s kept having plumbing issues. I have literally had them out to my house 6 times in the last month!! I even have a favorite plumber now. Mike P. He is a plumbing problem shooter and plumbing problem solver. Not only that, he has a friendly personality and he is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He does not shy away from the difficult jobs. His apprentice, James, is also hard-working and efficient. Every plumber I have had out from Bumble Bee is competent, hard-working and personable. On top of that, should something go wrong, this company really cares. They are not just saying that! They call to ask how the service went and if you are disappointed in any way, they work with you to make it right. Plumbing issues are stressful and in a bind you don't know who to choose and who to trust. This company is the real deal. I 100% recommend them. Extremely happy with Deer Valley plumbing and their amazing service. I called and scheduled an appointment and had someone there within 1.5 hours. Craig N repaired my drain in about 1/2 hour and gave me a suggestion to help prevent the problem was happening again. Highly recommend this business and Craig in particular. A different plumber called Dignity for me and explained what I needed for my pipe repair, made sure they had the correct parts and then got us in contact with each other. Excellent service all the way around by both companies. They worked above and beyond to make sure my attic leak was taken care of correctly and asap. Very pleased with Dignity, excellent customer service and attention to detail. Absolutely exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely use them again!! Great company :))

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
