Service tech, Eduardo, did a check to see where our yard leak was coming from. It was determined that the leak was from our irrigation system. We decided to contact our landscaper to fix it. Eduardo explained everything very well. Thanks, Eduardi !!!

My annual plumbing PMI with a flush was done. Although I had an appointed period of time, I was contacted sooner and was thus able to get my day off to a quicker start. Matt showed up and started the process. He made sure that I was informed of what was being done and the condition of my plumbing system. Any questions I had were answered so that I understood how things worked. I was very appreciative of the Matt's knowledge and feel I have a much better understanding of what my future needs might possibly be. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Michael is amazing. Super professional, took care of our clog no problem and kept in contact the entire time. Did not have to worry about being away from home while he was there, literally the best service. Came in timeframe suggested and was done in no time. Would hire them again anytime!

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me.
