Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

I can not say enough about Bumblebee Plumbing. On Father’s Day we noticed a new water stain in the garage ceiling. First thing Monday morning I called to see about having someone come out and take a look. From the very first person I spoke with to the very last, everyone seemed to really like their job. When talking with staff over the phone I felt that they were really concerned and wanting to get my problem taken care of. Within four hours of my initial call I had two technicians at my home ready to get to work. I was also informed of a manufacture warranty that would possible reimburse my expenses. Bumblebee Plumbing is definitely a five star company. Should I have further plumbing needs they will be my go to. Thank you for your kindness and keep doing what you are doing. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

These folks came recommended by a neighbor. The appointment was made and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. He fixed our hot water situation in no time and we now have hot water, on demand! Price was fair and the outcome was great. A Recirculation System was installed and its awesome.

New to the area with an emergency hot water heater leak and friends visiting from out of town, Robins was the only company we found to tackle an old solar water heater in our new house. Damon and Vincente gained our trust quickly with their professionalism, knowledge, prompt response, and patience with many questions. We trusted them to replace the old system with a new efficient water heater and a new water system, which was done efficiently and cleanly, letting me know each step in the process. Super friendly and personable, I will recommend this company and already have another plumbing project for them. Customer service is top notch, with calls to verify timing, thorough explanations on how to care for our new systems, and coordinating all pieces to the puzzle of repairs to the surrounding ceiling and roof. Could not have been a smoother process. Big shout out to Damon, I can tell he loves what he does.

If I could post 0 for outrageously price I would. All I needed was a faucet and garbage disposal re-hooking. I already did half the work, and was quoted over $800.00 for 2 separate jobs!!! Really did it myself in 1 hour!! Please do not call them for anything...

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.
