5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. He stated was in Phoenix finishing a job and would be to Mayer in 2 hours. He was a man of his word. I sent him pictures of the problem prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was professional, prepared, and repaired the problems quickly. I would recommend Rapid Fire to anyone needing plumbing fixes quickly and efficiently.

Dallas and Kyle are professionals. They show up when they say they will, they do their work quickly, efficiently and honestly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Paul was great to work with. I received a complete explanation of the problem and everything he did to resolve the issue.

Josh was extremely accommodating. Came out on News Years eve. Extremely professional. Very efficient, had us with hot water within the hour. No one in town is going to beat their level of customer service or price. Thank you so much!!!

This place is rip off, stay away!!!. Not getting what i paid for. They replace a cheap faucet and hot and cold valves for $750. Customer service was bad too.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

First off When I called The Plumber Guy Jessica was very professional and attentive to my questions. She was able to set me an appointment with an installer in a timely manner. She kept me informed as to when the plumber would arrive but also when he was on the way.George M arrived to check out the job to see if it was possible and give me an estimate. I currently have a tankless water heater. If you have one you probably know it takes a long time to have the hot water each your faucet. So George recommended this product (see pics). It cuts the time down considerably to receive hot water and you no longer are wasting water down the drain while waiting for hot water. George gave me the website to order the product and to advise the office when it arrived.I contacted Jessica when the part arrived and she scheduled the install for the next day. When George arrived for the install of course he was on time, he checked to make sure everything was there before he started the job. It only took George about one ad a half hours to complete the job. On a side note George was very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable.We now have hot water on demand and no longer wasting water down the drain. Thank you George and Jessica for a job well done.

You can imagine how surprised I was when after placing my initial call I was told someone could be out to the house before 5pm. Just a few minutes later a call came and said a technician was in the area and could be here in 20 min. Thankful because I had shut off the main water supply due to leaking in the toilet. Matt Mattox arrived and immediately asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. He went right to work after I explained my situation. Very pleased with his professionalism and how pleasant he was explaining everything to me. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Had them out twice now for plumbing and AC issues. Was going to call my bank for a second mortgage, knowing it was gonna be expensive. Apparently not. Both minor issues and not too bad on the checkbook. Love the honesty and quality workmanship.

I would highly recommend one shot installation for your plumbing repair. Gabriel fixed my kitchen faucet did a great job he even came out on a Sunday morning. The technician Albert Chavez came to my house and was very honest, professional and thorough with his work. Within minutes he found my leak and even gave me the option to fix it myself at a lower price while explaining to me the pros and cons of doing it myself now that's the kind of service and options that will make me a loyal customer for the future!
