Best Main Water Line Repair in Glendale AZ

I charge $1000.00 for my time and opinion....kinda high but when prices are off the charts that's how I roll. It's really good pro efficient advice but the price is likened to elder abuse by my co workers reaction when informed of the price of said job.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We called Phay Plumbing just before 9pm and talked to Mike. Mike was professional, personable and genuinely concerned for our situation. Mike showed up quickly and found the problem. He discussed our options and went above and beyond to help get our situation handled. We will use Phay Plumbing for any future plumbing needs due to the customer service alone.

Autumn was so helpful and understanding. She took the time to understand my whole situation and helped me avoid any costy fees by fixing my sink her first trip out! I will be using her for the remainder of my plumbing issues and you should too!

Mason and Anthony were exceptional at clearing our drain. They ran a big snake to remove a lot of build up. The flushed out the line with our hose and gave us a treatment to prevent the issue in the future. Thanks Roto Rooter for sending these gentlemen out.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Terrible job. Took them 5 weeks to get it done. The guy took weeks to show up, broke tiles, and in the end things still leaked.

In addition, they wasted my time on the phone. I have never dealt with so much attitude with someone over the phone.

There was a water leak under the sink in one of my rental homes and we all know how quickly water can damage more than around the immediate surroundings. The Plumber Guy's were on the job quickly and dealt with it effectively. Really nice people who don't want to spend half an hour trying to manufacture extra business. Very satisfied.

Outstanding Service. Brent was very professional and did an exceptional job in the repair. He is very personable and was very virus conscious. Especially considering it was a holiday, I considered the bill very reasonable.

These guys were great came out on time, took their time to make sure everything was in working condition before they left and the new tub/ valves etc look great.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They charge way to much and do crappy work. Trying to get them back is impossible after you pay them.
Unfortunately I have to contact the ROC. Don't waste your time. There are so many other creditable plumbers out there.

Nick and Brad have resolved numerous plumbing issues and installed upgrades for me. Their level of professionalism is exceptional. After our home warranty company referred 2 companies to replace our water heater that were either inept or unavailable, we contacted Home Depot. They use Delta Mechanical. The gentleman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. He tried to get a tech to our house same day but being afternoon, that didn’t work out. The next morning Ivan showed up as scheduled at 8am. He was very polite and got straight to work. He finished our vented gas water heater install in less than 2 hours!! We’re very very pleased with Delta Mechanical!
