Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!

Excellent! I sent a quote request, and here I am with the job complete two hours later! Gabriel arrived as promised, quickly assessed the job and got it handled. Pricing was upfront and fair, and Gabriel was very nice and didn't (appear to) mind that my snoopy self watched and asked questions the whole time. Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. We recently went to visit a friend Who lives in Peoria AZ. It was a very nice city kind of like Surprise AZ. I love the atmosphere of the whole city. We stayed at our friends house of few days.
While we were there, the toilets got clogged. so we were using the toilet in the master bedroom. Then it got clogged too. :(. My friend look up Peoria Plumbing on her smart phone and called the top 5 there, left Voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called back right away and they were at the house within an hour because they were local. They were very professional and courteous. Both guys had face mask on the whole time and keep a 6ft distance. They got both Toilets fixed fairly quick and their provided excellent value. I saw the good reviews for Single Source. I called Rob and scheduled replacing my original water heater. The price seemed fair. Rob and Vince came today and installed a larger unit than the original for us. They were quick, clean and efficient. A quality product and installation. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for a quality repair.

They were on time and finished their work quickly. They didn't leave any mess behind. $472 for 2 hours of work. I asked for the break down and was told $150 to replace the P-trap, $150 to repipe my outside loop, $120 for parts and the rest in taxes. I explained that I'm fairly certain 1 foot of copper, butane, brazing rod, and a P-trap couldn't total $120 even at 500% markup and I didn't feel bad asking them to come down from $235 an hour. These guys give excellent service but their pricing is high. This was my second experience with Courtesy, my first was for replacing a broken toilet and the pricing seemed reasonable on that occasion. Perhaps it's their flat rate pricing for small easy jobs that seems off.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.
