Austin Barton came and serviced my ac. He fixed the broken parts in it, he was friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

Daniel came out to diagnose an issue with my AC blowing warmer than normal. Which from previous experiences was related to a known refrigerant leak (r22 system). He hooked up his equipment and showed me what the readings should be and where mine were. He was articulate in explaining how leaks occur and also how an HVAC system functions. He provided me with my options and why it would be more cost effective to purchase a new system. Needless to say i went with the new system. Recently had Cool Touch out for a routine AC check. Have not used them in the past. They found a couple issues (with my 18 yr old air handler) and coils in the outside unit. I ended up purchasing the one year service contract, as with the discounts on the parts I needed, and the AC check fee, it ended up approximately the same cost as just having the one time check. Now I have the comfort of knowing I have two more routine checks in the year and special priority scheduling, including emergency situations.
The tech that came out was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this business.

Just had my second old AC unit replaced by this crew. They are all pros and know what a pro install should be. They listen to the customer and and sell you what you need. On both my installs I had opinions on what I wanted to do, they helped me out and made the install even better.
Never felt pressure on any upselling. You can always find someone 2 cents cheaper, but you get what you pay for. These guys are just the right size, not 1 person shop, but not a national company. Always a great experience with this crew.

I used Cool Touch to come out and inspect my A/C unit before we get into the warmer months here in Phoenix. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He looked over our unit, serviced it and made sure it was ready to handle another hot summer. He was very informative and took the time to explain things I otherwise wouldn't have understood. Our cooling system was in good condition and only needed to have regular yearly maintenance. I loved that he didn't try to sell me on things that we didn't need. I've barely become a first time homeowner and I've already got to replace my AC unit. I didn't want to end up dealing a shady company and two people recommended Cool Touch. I was very glad they did. Their technician Cristian was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem efficiently. I had a lot of questions and he patiently and knowledgeably answered them all. I can't say enough things about this company. I received this name and number from a co-worker and gave it to my husband. That was well over 10 years ago. The team is the best around. Not only do they take care our our A/C, but they also do plumbing, and electrical, we've used all of them and haven't had not even one compliant. My husband recently passed away, and it was time for our maintenance review. The tech was so nice to even do a few things to our evap that I couldn't have done. Friends recommendef Cool Touch. Cool Touch saved us almost $2000.00 on a new HVAC unit and installed it in a timely manner. They were so professionally quick to remove any old parts. We then almost immediately had an issue with a manufacturers defect and the Cool Touch team were quick to respond and replace the defective part. They even sent out another tech to ensure all was OK! It's nice to have a company you can count on. They came out and preformed maintenance and found I needed a capacitor. The came out a year later and found that the new capacitor was startingbto fail they warrantied the part. The technician has my whole history on his tablet. SWAMP COOLER.....Technician appeared to be very efficient in preparing my Swamp Cooler for the summer months.

I have been using this company for years now. I like them because they are honest, dependable and very knowledgable. They are upfront and will tell you what needs to be done and how much it will cost, they don't try to have you pay for something if it's not needed. I finally had to replace my downstairs unit after years of putting it off, Shawn came out explain what will be done quoted me a few different prices on brands and models and emailed it to me so I could take time to decide. He made me feel comfortable in all the questions I had and gave me his phone number if I had more questions, which I did and it help me in picking my unit and the prices he quoted were better than what other companies quoted me. Austin and David did the installation I cannot say enough good things about these guys . They arrived right on time I like that they cover their shoes before they enter and they also covered my tiles and carpet so nothing would get on them. It was a very hot day and these guys worked straight through, after it was setup they explain and went over everything with me. Austin and David did a fantastic job. Luis is another tech who has come out before and just recently I needed my upstairs unit to be looked at he is also very knowledgeable told me the part I needed and with his boss Chris they worked together to fix it for me. I'm very grateful to both Luis and Chris for what they did. This is a family owned company and they really care about their customers everyone that works there are very nice and accommodating it's a very good company.

Cool Touch in Peoria Arizona

We contacted Cool Touch for an estimate on a new heat pump to replace our old one. Cool Touch sent Chris over to measure and give us an estimate. Chris is the most knowledgeable, friendly and efficient air condition tech we have ever dealt with. Chris told us many things about heat pumps and air conditioning in general that we didn’t know about before. We inquired about the possibility of making a small room, which is farthest from the heat pump, cooler. Another company told us that adding a vent would greatly increase the coolness in this small room. We asked Chris what his opinion is of this suggestion. Chris drew up a diagram of how this return vent actually would work for us. Chris said it would help a little but not as much as we expected it would. After looking at his diagram we had to agree that his assessment was correct. After checking out Cool Touch’s website, BBB and reviews we decided to go with Cool Touch. Our system was installed two days later by Cristian and Travis, two very competent, careful and efficient technicians. We can’t say enough of how pleased we are with these two young men. Cristian was very patient showing us how to program the thermostat. Cristian and Travis did a fantastic job of installing, getting the system running, installing a new programmable thermostat and cleaning the area where the heat pump was installed.

We came home last night to our ac unit not working and a very hot house. Called Cool Touch Air and Sasha was able to schedule us for the following morning. Tech Luis Martinez arrived and after looking at the unit found the Capacitor was shot and had the part replaced and up and running within 15 minutes. With our unit being close to 6 years old my husband and I decided to also purchase a yearly maintenance for 3 services. This was not pushed on us just suggested but we decided would be a wise investment to keep our unit running properly and cool especially when you also have pets as well. I had a new AC system installed recently. Chris, who I believe is the install manager, was very polite and helpful and was eager to address all of our concerns. Dina was very kind and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this place for AC services.

One thing to improve, however, would be scheduling. On two occasions the technician, David,showed up two hours earlier than previously agreed upon.

Still, 5 stars for the great overall service.

We’ve been using cool touch for a few years now. I’ve never had a bad experience, I think the longest I’ve had to wait for a service technician has been 4 hours. I don’t know how their prices compare to others, but they seem fair to me, plus all of their work is backed by a warranty. I’ve only ever had Chris out to work on my AC and he’s always been very personable, and honest about what I need and has helped guide me to the conclusion I need to replacing my 15+ year old model. I’ll be using them in the winter to redo my whole AC system.

Don’t waste your money with this company. They over book appointments and they were unable to successfully diagnose my AC unit. I was told everything was fine with my AC unit that the issue was with my thermostat. Called them back that my issue was not resolved and were unwilling to come out again. Had to hire another service team and they were able to successfully diagnose the problem.

Just came out to address an issue where our cellulose insulation found it’s way into the drain pipe, created a clog and engaged our overflow switch to shut down our system. Ken arrived on time, perform the service quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up and was done within a very reasonable amount of time. I also have a maintenance agreement with them for routine checks each Fall and Spring.

Without a/c for a few days. Summers in AZ will do that. Tony showed up, was very professional and got the unit working again. Savior is an understatement.

Our AC went out while we were out of the house a couple weeks ago. Cool Touch had the earliest availability. The technician was delayed, but they made their best effort to keep us informed and to make sure we still wanted them to come out late.

The technician was fantastic. He made an effort to set clear expectations, including worst case scenarios. This meant letting us know that he might not have the part he needs and would need to wait until the next morning for the repair. While I was hoping for only good news, I appreciated the clarity and honesty.

The repair involved the replacement of a failed capacitor that the technician happened to have in his truck. He completed the repair quickly and our AC was up and running again. He also informed me that this type of failure can sometime lead to a compressor failure later on. I appreciated that he prepared me for this eventuality.

I am not going to down rate the work, because they were great, but I will note that the tech was not wearing a mask when he contacted me or when he entered my home. I will definitely be doing business with cool touch again, but would recommend that they provide their technicians with masks during this public health crisis for the safety of their techs and customers.

All in all, I'm very pleased with the service I received.

I moved to Arizona a little over 2 yrs. ago. My fabulous realtor gave me recommendations for all services I would need. One was Cool Touch.
They are terrific. They explain everything and told me what to expect in a hot, humid climate. They also taught me that living in a small, one floor house, it was better to shut the air conditioning off when not home for hours and at night to use the overhead fan in my bedroom. Once I started doing that I saved over $50 a month from running the air conditioning 24/7. They said that is what someone with a 2 story or very large one story house needs because those buildings take so long to cool a huge space.
They also told me the age of my air conditioner which was 6 years. However, the service guy said mine was like a 4 year old a.c. I replied that was probably because for awhile, no one lived here. Every 6 months someone comes to check and see if I need more than a cleaning. They also give $50 off coupons. They care about their customers. Lise Lunser

You guys are an awesome company. You showed up within just a few hours last week and worked with us. A cooltouch truck #33 was driving at high speed and try to merge into our left lane and wasn't unable to and had to slow down, do that a semi truck was right infront of him. The employee went ahead and started flipping us off!!! Not only that was DISRESPECTFUL but my children had to witness such a horrible reaction from your employee, after the incident he continue using his cellphone while driving. That Behavior is unacceptable for anyone representing your company.

Called Cool Touch when our AC went out, our technician was Tony Woods. He was amazing, polite and very knowledgeable. when he got here he quickly identified the issue and repaired the unit. I had Ken come out to check my ac. he could not find the problem but informed me the freon was low but the ps were all good shrader valves good. it would cost a minimum of $600 to put freon in, wow. I was able to get the shrader fixed that WAS leaking and top off freon for $125 . I'm thinking you folks did not want to do business with me any more so thank you you will NEVER hear from me again. oh ya I never did get the quote for a new ac from luis. and yes I called and asked 2 times.

Fast service, came same day I called. The tech had all the necessary repair parts on the truck. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. Fixed it it’s no issues. I would recommend using this company if your AC goes down. Same day service is worth a lot.

I pride my reviews (well more than 50 to date) on nothing more than supreme honesty and fact. Funny how I ran into this company and was (eventually) greeted with the same level of honesty. My air conditioner quit working for a second time in a few days. The previous company who repaired my initial problem not only masked the initial fix, but showed the second time without the proper tools, then, to make it worse, didn't show up the next day as promised.

So, I called Cool Touch and they sent a technician out late on a Saturday evening. While this technician couldn't find the exact problem (neither could the first two technicians from the initial air conditioning company) it wasn't due to lack of effort. He was extremely polite and so was my initial Cool Touch customer service rep.

Here's the bottom line: The company manager phoned me to apologize for the technician not finding the problem and charging me a $59 office visit. The fee was immediately waived and the manager was extremely honest about some of the younger employee's training and the very complicated a.c. structure my home has (not the first time I have heard this about my complicated a.c. structure and rightfully so!!!)

Outcome: I was so impressed, I plan to use them for any new breakdowns (God forbid) and for my annual maintenance service next spring. This is a local company, not a chain (see my review on Bob Brown) and Cool Touch will take care of you! Honest people with great, friendly customer service!!!

I used them at my previous home for many years. They maintained my units and then installed new ones when mine were old and quit working. So when I moved to my new build I had to wait one year for the builders warranty. As soon as it was up I called Cool Touch and set up my maintenance plans. They have always been kind, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and helpful.

I had a new split system AC and heater installed they were very proficient and professional . I had 2 other issues and they had the other services offered by Cool Touch done. I would highly recommend them they are very responsive to your questions etc . I had several other bids their customer service is great !

They installed a Goodman unit in our home less than 5 years ago in October 2016. Now it needs to be replaced?

They came out for a maintenance check 1 month ago in May 2021 and gave everything a clean bill of health. Then today, the unit wasn’t working (not giving cool air). They came out and determined that the compressor wasn’t working. Either replace the compressor for $2k or get an entirely new unit for about $4k.

Tell me, how does a reputable unit less than 5 years old (arguably new still) all of a sudden need to be replaced when the unit lasts on average 15 years? And, how was this not caught when they came out merely a few weeks ago for a maintenance check. Its suspicious that all of a sudden it’s not working right after they inspected it.

Technician was on time at the early end of the appointment scheduled window. He was courteous and very thorough.

Daniel came out and fixed our AC during the hottest week on record in the world. It was an emergency. He was upfront and honest. The receptionist was also very nice, and even waived the $99 diagnostic fee since our repair was over $300. We made 3 separate appointments, and they got to us first when we needed it the most.

My wife and I have used Cool Touch Air Conditioning before and, as was the case with this latest service call, we have found their technicians to always be on time, to be consistently professional, and thoroughly competent.

Cool touch came out to our house and determined our A/C unit needed to be replaced soon and told my wife it would range 6-$8,000 our system was still running so my wife said she would get another price on the unit to price check them.

The a/c technician said he will send over his sales guys to talk to her and she said no I want to talk to my husband and get another price. He responded ok..... SO my wife and I were up north later that day visiting our parents and we got a phone call from the sales rep letting us know he was outside our house and when we would be back to talk to him we told him we were getting another price to price check and he didn't seem happy about it.

Needless to say they are an extremely pushy company and not honest I got a new system installed for 3,000 and it is a bigger unit. Honestly find a different company to use unless you just have money to throw away.

Had to get my AC unit service. they sent out Austin Barton . He was very professional, prompt , courtesy, and tidy. I would suggest Cool touch anytime great customer service.

Cool Touch did a great job replacing my busted AC. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was in and out very quickly and picked up after himself. The only way I could tell he was even here is by the cold air that’s now blowing in my house.

I spent all night looking for a company to do a same day repair. Every company in town had a 2 to 3 day wait. Cool touch was able to set me up with a same day appointment. Ken Smith showed up early (5 hours early) and replaced our start capacitor. Had our AC up and running within the hour. This company is fantastic!

I thought my AC and heating unit needed replacement. I called Cool
Touch AC and their customer representative came over within 2 hours and checked the system. He determined that my thermostat batteries needed replacement. He double-checked the heat and cool temps and intake temps and found all to be in good condition. He was very pleasant and honest. I felt like he was concerned about me more than selling something I didn't need. I will definitely call them when I have a maintenance issue or replacement of my unit. They are honest folks!

I Used this AC company once last year because they had really good reviews. One of Our AC unit is not working so looking for install a new unit.i Thought we would use this AC company again based on all the good reviews. Made an appointment for today for technician to come get a quote. I was busy at work and my husband was home. He met the technician after that he called me. From what my husband told me , the technician was kind of cold with him. Did not seems want to explain or talk more.maybe because my husband is asian and he does not speak very good English.
Right around 5:00 pm. my phone start ringing crazy , I was at work and I was with a client. My phone is away from me but I can hear the ringtone ringing over and over again.i can’t just walk away and turn the phone off , I thought maybe they will stop calling after the first call, but they did not ! Finally I got a chance to call them back around 7:00pm the lady who pick up the phone sounds I am annoying her. She told me that the technician left something at my house needs to come back to pick it up , I said he can come pick it up anytime he want that’s no problem but I just wanted let her know that when customer did not pick up the phone right away maybe they are busy , just give it some time when they are free they will call you back . I explained that I was at work and with my clients. She said “ I don’t know , I only called three times and I called whatever the number on file” I told her that they used different numbers called me too . She barely said sorry With attitude !! wordless to say ....
3 stars is for the lady from front desk . she was always nice and patient when every time she pick up the phone. I did not get her name but I think she is front desk. it’s great that she has a nice personality and positive.

They did a great job installing a new AC unit. They also repaired a leak in the ceiling and installed a new water shut off valve out side of house that was rusted and not working. They also arranged to have a mold restoration company come out and dry out area that was wet. This company provided total customer service in order to get our situation resolved . I can’t say enough good things about the total service that they provided.

He was able to not only diagnose our A/C issues rather quickly and provide solutions, but he was also able to explain it all in regular non-technical language so we could understand what the heck was going on. I was not present at the time of the tech's visit...I and my cat went to a hotel, the house was too hot. Within minutes of his looking at the AC, my husband was told it was a capacitor, and he happened to have one on his truck...and they were the ones who installed tge unit in 2019. We had routine maintenance done on our system. The technician was professional and friendly. He showed us pictures of the work and our system. I highly recommend Cool Touch.

The guy that came out to check our unit seemed completely dishonest. He stated that our unit needed to be refilled with whatever chemical they use because there is a leak but said it would be costly to fix the leak if he could even find the leak. I then stated that it would be stupid to not fix it because then we would have to pay them to refill the unit everytime it's running low and if you have common sense you would know you would end up just paying these scammers more money. He continued to say it would be very difficult to find the leak and said I should buy a new ac unit. After he realized I could smell his bullspit from a mile away he insisted on telling me that he knew what he was doing because he's been doing the job since 1989 which only proved he was liar since he felt the need to validate himself. To say the least this company or at least the guy that came out to my house was full of it and just trying to scam me for my money.

Been doing business Cool touch for over Ten years. They install a new ac unit, water softener and with updated technology. They conduct service, maintenance calls and never had any issues.

Last summer after moving into our new house we realized we were getting very minimal airflow to a few rooms. We were having to run the a/c at 73 degrees just to get the master bedroom to hold at 78 degrees. You can imagine how our July electric bill looked. I gave cool touch a call after a friend recommended them and I could not have been happier I did. After having multiple companies come out and suggesting fixes that really didn’t make any sense to me. I spoke with Chris at cool touch who said the only fix was reducting a few rooms to increase airflow. We decided to go with the fix it brought the master bedroom to within 2 degrees of the thermostat and saved us 200 dollar off our a/c bill in July this year. I would highly recommend them .

Worked with Ken throughout the whole process. Prices were competitive and did not try to oversell. Found other issues with my previously installed unit that would restrict airflow if not fixed upon installation of new unit.

Spring AC tune up performed on my system was thorough and timely.

Product and service was exactly as promised and met my expectations. No issues with the Install. The installers and service tech did a great job. Cool Touch you did an excellent job. I have spread the word to many people. I feel I got a really good off season deal compared to the many quotes I received. Saving $100 a month off my energy bill going with the 16 Sear system. I’m typically not a glad fest, but these guys deserve it.

Their technicians are honest and efficient, when they come to do My maintenance they come inspect and clean My unit n if there is anything wrong they don't just say, but also show Me and educate Me of any extra maintenance on My AC unit.

I just used Cool Touch for my outside AC unit cause it started intermittenly turning off in the afternoon over the last couple days. After diagnostics we came to the conclusion that the condenser fan motor was going bad. The tech went over my pricing options and offered their additional cost maintenance program. The tech arrived at 6:10 and after doing diagnostics, going over pricing, and the installation of the new fan, he was done by 7:20. After he left I did some research on the cost of my fan motor. The most I have seen it for sale is close to $100. Their price for the motor and install was $789. I saved 20% by signing up for their annual maintenance which after the total came out to $631 plus $15 a month for annual maintenance for a total of $646. So for 25 min of diagnostics, 20 min of going over pricing and 25 min. to install the motor I paid $546 for an 1 hour of labor or $689 if I didnt sign up for their maintenance program. I slept on it and woke up feeling like I really got screwed or gouged on the pricing. They showed up when they said they would, everyone I dealt with was nice but dont think I could use them again based on this pricing.

Cool Touch was a 3rd company to give me opinion if I need new AC! Daniel was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable but mostly honest! I felt like I’m treated with respect and he explained everything I would understand! He even offered tips for maintenance and let me know about their 3 different programs that I will definitely sign up for.
And the good news is my AC is in good shape and I do not need new unit! I will definitely call Cool Touch in the future if needed and have them do my maintenance from now on!

I have been a customer of Cool Touch Air Conditioning for about 4 years. I have dealt with many companies in the past, that do not even come close to the service model that Chris employs with his company. They are a credible and honest company, with knowledgable techs and a great support staff. I have their bi-annual maintenance contract and have been pleased with the service. They will make recommendations for the future, while answering all questions thoroughly and without pressure tactics. A few years ago, my son was in need of a new unit during a heat wave. Chris did a fantastic job in helping my son navigate costs, installation and financial options. Today, I had Daniel out for service due to an unit that was clicking in the middle of the night, when the unit was not running. Of course, the problem was not presenting at the time of service. Daniel thoroughly explained what parts could be an issue. We had about decided that it might be best to call for night service when it presented next and which the maintenence agreement covers as a regular service call. But, Daniel continued to inspect the entire unit and found a condensation draining issue. The fix was expedited and repaired in short order. I have worked with Daniel before and have always been impressed with his honest and thorough interactions with his customers. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer. Jeff Orr and the Cool Touch team was our life savers.

Air conditioner went out on a day slated to be 113 degrees. I called Cool Touch and scheduled a service call. Ken responded and did great work. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept at it until he’d completed the job. He had to drive a ways away to get the part I needed, and then had to go get a replacement for a tool that broke during the repair. A lot of work in the heat. I appreciate his efforts.

When I needed both of my gas packs replaced, I had four different Valley contractors come out to give me bids. I was impressed at Chris’s willingness to answer questions and give me alternatives (like efficiency ratings and gas pack versus heat pump), so I did some investigation into the company.

I found it was family-owned and in business since 2002. The Better Business Bureau gives Cool Touch a rating of A+, with zero complaints.
Their technician was on time, courteous, and did a beautiful job. The new installation even looks nicer than the original. He was meticulous in his cleanup, and was thoughtful enough to run the condensate drain to a better location than the original.

Our neighborhood experienced an electrical brownout one Sunday a few months after the installation and my unit wouldn’t come on. Chris came out within two hours even though it was a Sunday. He explained that it was caused by the Salt River Project brownout and if I had just turned the thermostat to off and then back to cool, it would have started without him coming out.

Cool Touch is the only air conditioning company I recommend when I am asked. I don’t let low-bid companies work on my cars or my air conditioners because you get what you pay for.

Arizona Family is right! This is an A+ HVAC provider. We asked them for a check-up of our ac, after Another Company Emphatically told us that the system was depleted of refrigerant and that we needed to replace it due to a leak in the air handler coil that is rusted. Cool Touch technician Daniel came promptly and made a through inspection and told us that so far everything is in working order! Yes, the coil is rusty, but there is NO leak at all. Actually the system has a little overfill of the refrigerant. We are very happy with Cool Touch, which didn’t want to push a sell when it was not necessary! Nevertheless, next time we need to buy a new ac, you know where are we going to buy it! Thank you Daniel from Cool Touch for your expertise and honesty!

I called Cool Touch after I had the ductwork in my home checked by another A/C company, and was told that I needed to replace it all and it required thousands of dollars in repairs to resolve the issue. My co-worker suggested that I contact Cool Touch for a second opinion, and they sent out a technician the following day to perform a full inspection, as well as test the system. The technician, Chase, arrived and asked me a series of questions before fully explaining how he would be testing my ductwork. Chase tested my ductwork using state of the art tools, and after he completed the test, he informed me that the ductwork was leaking, but only needed to be sealed, and not replaced. He then proceeded to show me photos of ductwork that was falling apart or was brittle, and brought in a small piece of ductwork that he had recently replaced and showed me how it had deteriorated over the years. He then showed me photos of my ductwork, and cut a small unused piece and showed me the difference. It was clear to me that while I had a problem, it was not as extensive as the other company had lead me to believe. Cool Touch ended up saving me thousands, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Cool Touch came in with a great price to replace my completely dead unit. The work took about a half day, which included a new unit, duct work, and a second return. Now every part of my house gets air and I can barely hear to unit when it kicks on. Not only did they do a great job but they did an excellent job cleaning up.

Cool Touch employees are prompt and professional. Living in the desert, our A/C units need to be in top shape to keep us cool during the long summer months, and Cool Touch services our unit to keep them working for us.

Only AC company I will use.

I moved into my new home in February this year and within 2 weeks, I had enough of our old AC system. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other room to room and had to turn the volume up on the TV every time the unit kicked on. The breaking point was when I developed condensate leak in my attic and it was about to start leaking into my laundry room and bedroom. I had Cool Touch come out and replace both my air handler inside and my condenser outside. They also relocated my air handler to above my garage instead so now I literally never hear the unit turn on, I just feel the cool air blowing out of the vent. This took an extra day’s work for them and it wasn’t an easy thing to do but they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Everything looked great and I loved the new system.

A few weeks later, I noticed something wrong with the thermostat. I called their office and they had someone there within 30 minutes to fix it. It only took about 20 minutes to make the simple fix and it has been great ever since. I highly recommend this company for all your Air Conditioning needs.

HI. Cool Touch came to my home. He was very professional and did not try to sell me things i do not need. Prior to Cool though i called another company to service my air conditioner. The person who came out! said i need over $3500 cleaning my ducts underneath the house among other things. To top it off, i noticed he did not put all the screws back in my unit . I called the company back and he had to come back to finish. The company lost my trust then. Called Cool Touch will have my business. They are professional, honest and do a great job. Quick and on time.

Austin initially reviewed a tune-up/ season change maintenance with me. I then requested a sales call to review my options. Shawn came a few days later. He was very personable and provided me with a good deal of information without any attempts to oversell. Sam and David then came to install an Amana 16 seer. Both gentlemen moved quickly to install. I was not home during the install but my daughter said they were nice and did ensure nothing with 4 legs escaped from the home. I had questions when I came home so I called Shawn. He came by today, switched out a Nest thermostat (Sam and David had installed the wrong one), then Shawn worked to get it connected to my phone so I could change the thermostat from my phone.

All in all, I have no complaints about Cool Touch , David, or Sam. I also have no complaints against Shawn but want to wholeheartedly thank him for the time he spent to ensure my experience with Cool Touch was exceptional. I will gladly recommend Cool Touch to others.

When I called regarding my AC concerns, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Since it's the middle of summer in Arizona, that was a huge relief! Anytime I called to speak with someone they were professional, compassionate, and genuinely friendly. The technician, Adrian, was on time and professional. He asked a lot of relative questions to help understand the AC concern and did a thorough job inspecting all aspects of the system. Thankfully he was able to fix the concern same day. We even signed up for a 5 year maintenance package with Cool Touch because we had such a wonderful experience!!

When our AC Unit went out, my son went on the internet and found Cool Touch. We called and they sent a tech. out to my house right away! He was very efficient and explained everything to me. I ended up having to get a new unit but, with the help of Shawn, picked out a unit that saved me a ton of money. They delivered two window units, for me to use at no cost, to help cool the house a little until they could install the new unit. They were here by 7:00 am and everything was done by 9:00 am ! The guys that installed the unit were great! I would recommend Cool Touch to EVERYONE !!! Prompt, Knowledgeable, Reasonable prices, and great people ! Love this place !!!

The tech Chriss first wanted to charge me $450 to replace a capacitor but was not sure if that would fix my unit, i said to go ahead he went to roof and not even a minute later came back and said he couldn't install it due and that the next step would be to get a new motor a d the price was over $1500 and then proceeded to say that i was better off getting a brand new unit, i asked for quote and he said it would be around $7500 or more, i told him to send it to me I'm writing which he never did.
Next day i contacted another tech to get a second opinion and to my surprise the other tech from a different company fixed my ac within a few minutes and did not over charge me.
Chords from cool touch didn't even connect the wires back like he had found them, will never use this company again. I believed all those 5 star reviews are all paid reviewers...what a disgrace

I called them this morning because my air conditioner was blowing hot air. It was eighty eight degrees in my house and thankfully they were able to come out a couple of hours. Just a few minutes after arriving, Robert the technician diagnosed the issue and in about 15 min later it was up and running. I also learned that they are available 24/7 without an additional emergency call out fee. Which is great to know, because as per Murphy's law these things generally happen to me at off times or holidays.

called to repair malfunctioning blower motor. I knew what was wrong, I just wanted them to fix it. Of course, they need to diagnose it anyway, for no reason other than to simply to trap me in a decision between paying $100 (diagnosis. 5 minutes of work), or $700 (labor only. parts are warranty) for literally 1 hour of work.

I refused and paid the $100 diagnostic fee. I'm a computer engineer and I don't get paid $700 an hour. The repair is quite literally shutting off power, removing four bolts to take the motor out, and putting new motor in. I could do it in 30 minutes if the manufacturer would give me the part. (they will only allow HVAC techs to order them. why? it's my HVAC unit!)

None of what you've said makes any difference and it's quite clear you've missed the point. You charged me $100 for little more than arriving on scene. You then charged me $700 (labor only) for what should be at most a $350 job. Of course, only after I'm on the hook for $100. You furthermore do not have authority to disable my equipment without my permission or knowledge, whilst telling me you left it the way you found it.

lastly, HVAC repair is easy. I could train a licensed tech in 2-4 weeks. I only needed you because the manufacturer arbitrarily won't supply parts to me for my own HVAC unit and for no other reason.

It's all good. I fixed it without help from either of you. Enjoy my $100. crooks.

Cool Touch was an amazing HVAC company to have come out and service our townhouse, all the way from our quote with Chuck to the finished job. They are competitive with prices and got us the best deal without feeling like you’re talking to a salesman. For the install, Kevin and Daniel got here right on time, made sure I was comfortable with them going in and out of my attic, and got to work. During the AC install, they noticed my whole duct system was torn to shreds! On top of that, the last company with the previous owners did a horrible job patching up the system and ductwork, even adding a piece that didn’t belong (pictures attached). I was thankful that they were so kind enough to give us a significant discount on the added service. We did not have much room in our budget and they did not want to have to reattach the busted duct system, which would have led to a new ac unit pumping out cold air and then it being wasted trapped in the attic. Kevin assured me that replacing the ductwork would allow my air conditioning to benefit us more while extending the life of the unit. You can tell they actually cared about the well being of you and your home. I did not feel at all like they were one of those sleazy contractors that try to reap your money. Kevin and Daniel were truly down to earth and reasonable workers, and I could not have asked for a better company to replace my ac unit as a new homeowner. They even went of their way to inform us about quick touch ups we could do on our own to get the most out of our system. This family-owned HVAC company is an absolute 10/10!! Highly recommend!! This company is amazing. I called after hours and spoke with a lovely young lady she answered on a Sunday 6/16/19. I so fustreated becasue it was reaching 90 in my home and I was hot! She told me that they would get me taken care of and not to worry. I never know if I should trust a company, but, let me tell you Cool Touch is awesome. I can't say enough they came out and got my unit cooling the same day!!

Cool Touch was the third company and I had come out to my home. They made it out quickly in the small window I had available. They were a lot more thorough in their inspection than the previous two companies I had to my home. They educated me about my issue and didn’t try to sell me extra things that I didn’t need. My house was already cooling down before the technician even left! I highly recommend them.

Had an appointment, technician came on time, charged $350 to check unit and clean the coils. Basic service, whopping fee. Will NOT be using them again, and NO referral from me!!!

We were having an issue with our outside unit. Adrian came out andchecked it out. He actually came earlier than expected. But I received a text telling me he was on his way. Which was nice. He was very professional. Told us the problem. Which just happened to be 2 wires on the fan motor needed to be switched. He stayed until we fixed the problem. Made sure it was working. Which was great. We really appreciated that he stayed to make sure we got it right. We had to switch the wires because we had the fan motor replaced prior too. He didn't want any issues, with us saying he messed it up. Which we totally understood. We greatly appreciate everything Cool Touch and tech Adrian did for us.

The technician Christian was really great. Very professional and nice. Worked quickly and solved the problem with our AC. Very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about what to look out for and how to keep the system in better shape. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve been a client for years Cool Touch has always given outstanding service. Ryan was out to check my systems for my maintenance agreement and he recommended some new system and was very knowledgeable and helping us understand. I trust their opinions and they’ve always helped to keep my systems up and running.

This company knows what service should be. I called them on Tuesday to replace my old A/C and furnace system. Wednesday Kevin came out and gave me an estimate. Friday Sam and Henderson came and installed the unit. From the first call everything was explained to me in laymans terms. They taught me what I needed to know to make an educated decision. Quite honestly I wondered about it so I had another estimate. Company 2 tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that I really didn't need at far more cost. I now know why Cool Touch has an A+ BBB rating, Because they earned it.

Cool Touch is an amazing company!

I choose Cool Touch out of several complete AC install bids mostly because of the reviews I read and because after talking to Shawn I felt like they were honest and competent. The cost of replacing a whole split system is no joke no matter who you go with, but I feel like we are in good hands going forward with Cool Touch.

I highly recommend Cool Touch for regular maintenance and emergencies like we had a few nights ago when the AC stopped working during a recent storm. We called Cool Touch at 9:30 pm and Deana was super nice and scheduled a technician for the next morning. Daniel showed up around 7:30 am wearing a face mask and shoe covers, which is appreciated. He quickly figured out that we had a broken module on the blower motor in the attic and was off and back to the house with a new motor within 25 minutes. 20 minutes later ( 8:45am ) he was done and we had ice cold AC running again. Daniel is very nice and did a great job, even using a small vacume to clean up bits of insulation that fell from the attic. Thank you Cool Touch for being there when we really needed you!

Jeff orr was the installer of my hot water heater and not only did he call me n set up a time but he was on time and very courteous I will not only refer cool touch but I will definitely refer Jeff orr! i lucked out to happen upon Cool Touch and their tech, Christopher, come give me an assessment on my old air conditioning system. Professional, clean, on -time as agreed upon, wore a mask, and gloves. I can be pretty sceptical of service technicians that have not been personally recommended; I can and do, without reservation recommend Cool Touch and Christopher. In the next few months, this is who I will contract with to install a new system.

Although they were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, They are horrifically overpriced! They wanted to charge me $1200 for parts that cost about $200 (retail) and labor that would take about an hour.
I have done A/C repairs for myself in the past and just didn't want to mess with it . but... for $1000 I figured I would do it myself.

So, It cost me $59 for there tech to tell me something that I already knew.

Oh yeah, They offered me a discount if I signed up for their $30 per month maintenance plan.

CoolTouch is there when you need them! Came out when I had an emergency that SAME day!! Absolutely amazing service!! Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services! Thanks CoolTouch!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our A/C unit was giving us issues on a Friday night and we called every other place but they were booked until Tuesday. We gave Cool Touch a call and they came the next day! Antonio was so professional and got our A/C going again. We have an infant son so we we’re so glad to have everything working so quickly! They came when they said they would, they did the repairs, the repairs worked - on a 24 year old air conditioner. Still might need a new one - but for now we are good, and Cool Touch is WONDERFUL. I highly recommend the company and its employees.

Tim Lime really helped me out with my A/C problem and they really know the product line including Goodman and Amana. Other companies wouldn't help because I had an extended warranty and they didn't want a problem collecting from the warranty company but Cool Touch has worked with the warranty companies and that's a plus for an A/C company.

The technician was not only on time but actually early. Service was quick and accurate. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions.

I found this company by calling around, trying to find someone to do separate ductwork at my home. We added on a new structure to our home and because I didn’t purchase the AC through the companies that I was researching for the ductwork, very few people wanted to touch the job. Cool Touch Air was by far was honest, extremely receptive to our needs, and reliable! They are very reasonable with prices, and I felt comfortable. I have now transferred all my personal, and my business needs to Cool Touch Air Conditioning as well of Wolfgang plumbing services. They have been amazing.

Office receptionist Deena and tech Chris were amazing. Listened to my concerns and came out a couple hours after my call. My ho.e buyers still had not assigned my claim after 7 hours of no AC on 113 degree day in AZ.

Chris did get the system start but it sounded like a train wreck. He thoroughly inspected duct work and system. The cost of replacing a 14 year old compressor was too much. I am getting a new unit instead. Chris exhausted all possibilities, advantages and disadvantages. Easy call after that. I appreciate Deena and Chris, for their effort was supreme! Look forward to having a Cool Touch again in my house.

Great local company! Have used both the commercial and residential side for many years. Their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable and their pricing is competitive.

Very nice technicians and extremely informative... My husband and myself spent a little over 8,000 on a new A/C unit in late 2018 and just spent a little under 1300 on a new water heater and installation this past weekend. We asked for a quote to install a pelican water softener... We have all the parts needed it is just installation. This company wants to charge $1,100.00 for 5 hours of labor. So now I am extremely concerned that what was charged for the other two jobs was beyond marked up and we significantly over paid. I originally had wanted to us this company for all of our needs and services. But unfortunately we will have to look around and find a reasonable priced company for all our future home repairs. I do want to mention that for the water heater they originally quoted 12999 but an extra valve was needed so it went up between 1400 - 1500, but the women who answered the phone did inform me they sent out an email with a coupon for 999 for a new water heater and installation so I checked through me email found it and they honored the sale because it was still going on. But if she didn't say anything I would not have remembered. I would like to give them a 3.5 stars but can't. I just find $220 an hour for labor to be beyond ridiculous and have now lost faith in the company. Lesson learned on our part to make sure and get a detailed breakdown of all cost and fees.

Way too over priced for under rated services. The maintenance tech was very polite though. I was not going to pay 160 on top of the 90 already paid to get coils cleaned that take 20 mins to do myself. He also have me a simple, everything looks good. No details. Spent less than 5 minutes on the roof and did all the supposed tune up work in that time. Just seemed fishy so I sent him in his way.

Arrived on time, gave written report via email but I’m tired of this survey. Way too time consuming abx duplicative.

We had a major leak in our old (and ready to be replaced) AC unit. The team at Wolfgang’s was able to come out on a weekend and quickly diagnose the issue. They gave us a temporary fix that same day and we were able to order and have a new AC installed that same week! With the unrelenting heat of Phoenix in the summer it was a relief to have Wolfgang’s take care of us so we didn’t have one hot day in our home. We are loving the new unit and very thankful for the professional service and responsiveness of Wolfgang’s!

My experience with Cool Touch was real cool. Literally, my house is colder. My older regret is that there is no option to give six stars. They are all well-earned.
