Had a new R/0 system installed by technician David O'Connor (as well as an out-of-code drainage line for the water softener system installed by the previous owner corrected). Work was done quickly and professionally. Everything was explained clearly before any work was done and all pricing was presented upfront. David was more than honest in explaining what needed to be done and, more importantly, what DIDN'T need to be done. Won't hesitate to call them again for any future needs.

We major issue with a severed sewer line and main water line. Contacted Robins Plumbing and they responded right away. Damon was the plumber assigned. He and his team quickly got to work to fix our problem. They always explain what they are doing and very thorough in answering questions. I would highly recommend this company. Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

Brandon the service technician was quite knowledgeable and provided useful advice around a couple of projects we discussed. However, he missed noticing a huge outdoor gas fire feature that I was unaware of, the presence of which completely changes our scope of the project, and I had to pay someone else $175 to point it out to me. We have several upcoming projects for Brandon and, if those are expertly handled, this review will easily become 5 stars.

He showed up on time with in 24 hours. Found and fixed multiple issues. One issue came back the next morning and he came right back over to the house with in the hour to fix it again and ensure I was taken care of. He explained everything well and made it easy on us.

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

O’Connor was great. David came out the same day I called him to give me a quote to bury a water line in my front yard.

He quoted me a fair price, came on time and worked really hard to get the job done to keep the schedule for the landscaping remodel project that was going on at my house.

I discovered some water leaking into a bedroom behind my kitchen sink and I reached out to George's Sons Plumbing per a reference. Tommy was the person dispatched to provide assistance. Tommy was able to come out on a Sunday and locate the pipe and repair the leak by removing the original pipe for the house. This entire process was completed in about 3 hours and the prices were very reasonable. Will use again.

Jeremy & his helper did a great job installing my water softener & RO system. They were friendly, told me exactly what was going to be done, and gave me a good price.
