Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Jesse was on time, texted to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and offered three different ways to fix my problem. After discussing in detail, we decided on which route to go. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

When you have a plumbing emergency, do you say... OH NO! I wish we had a plumber in the family!!! Then there are so many companies out there. Who do you pick? If you're reading this, you don't have to look any further... I called Sunstate, and they sent Ron out right away. I was in a panic... my husband recently passed away, and I had no clue what to do except cry. For me, this was a husband thing. My hot water tank was spraying water everywhere! Ron was so kind and helpful that he stopped the spraying and me crying and walked me through what to do next. He sure was my hero! I will never forget his kindness. I truly felt like he WAS a family member who was a plumber...🙂helping grandma when she was having a meltdown. This company does treat you like a family. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!
