He explained everything, keep the area clean during and after. Straightforward pricing and membership plan if you a need a plumber handy. Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

Update: We hired Armstrong again to fix a root obstruction in our main line which is in our backyard. He replaced a big section of old clay pipe with a new ABS pipe and added directional clean outs. We now have a root-proof pipe and easy access in case of future clogs. He then sent his camera through and checked the rest of the line, providing us with peace of mind.

Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
