I will start by saying everyone- from the office to the plumbers I dealt with were amazing and friendly. I had the pleasure of having Javier and Tuttle help me out. There weren’t clean out lines in the places you would normally find them so Javier went out of his way and found the issue within an hour. Not only did he find the issue but he checked the whole system to find other issues. To add on to this, the problem was a unique one in that the seller of our home wanted to get a second opinion because we reached out and said the house was sold with bad plumbing and we’re requesting assistance with the cost for repairs. The person that was sent out the next day (from a different company that the seller requested) was unable to find and locate the problem area and come up with a solution. After about 4 1/2 hours, another plumber was sent out from that same company to assist and was able to find the issue within an hour and temporarily fixed one of the issues. They do have to have someone else come out again to fix the remaining problems. The reason I mention all of this is because the people at bumble bee will go above and beyond and give you multiple options and fixes and work with you the best they can to get EVERYTHING resolved. Not only this, but their rates are flat rates and do not change if they have to stay longer or finish the next day in addition to the work being under a year warranty.

No complaints on the technical work. Technician successfully unplugged our sink (!)He also charged me $440 for running down a snake down the pipe to unplug it! So yeah, completely overpriced. Never using them again!Update May 8, 2023: I am also getting spammed with their misleading advertisement that We will come out and unclog a main sewer line for just $93, as long as it is from a ground-level cleanout. This is either false, or confirmation that I was overcharged by over $300 when they came to do this same job for me, under a year ago.

I had a clog in the waste disposal and after a quick call, they were able to come the next day to help me out. It would have been easy for them to just send someone to come by for an estimate but they came out when I needed them and did their job. They were very friendly too.
