Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Absolutely best company I have ever seen/used for my air conditioning and plumbing needs. Always on time and extremely knowledgeable, Michael was very personable and had excellent attention to detail got the job done right!

Frank changed the filters in my RO system today. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, explained exactly what he was doing and asked if there were any other issues I needed him to look at.
Once again great service and a great price. $79 for a job quoted by a competitor to be between $160 - $300. ( That company was trying to sell additional services sight-unseen.)

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Katie took the time to listen to me and to work with me and my crazy schedule to get a technician to me as quickly as possible.

Chris G. arrived on time as scheduled. His clothes were clean and I did not have to worry about him dragging dirt all over me home. I explained the situation to him; he was very patient and listened to my concerns.

After asking me a few questions, he went right to work. He performed his maintenance and left the workspace cleaner than he found it.

They made an excellent first impression.

It's rare to find a company that genuinely listens to their customers, but this one does. They addressed my concerns with patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

I feel like PlumbSmart always overcharges me! I needed my toilet unblocked after hours. It took the plumber 5minutes to resolves the issue but they took advantage of the situation but charging me a huge penalty fee for after hour services. I paid $260 for a 5minute service !!!!!. Next time I will go with another company.

Matthew was professional, quick, and did a great job. Their price was very fair. So glad we went with EZ Flow instead of one of the larger companies that quoted us more than double the cost for the same job.

I could not have been more pleased....John was such a nice person. He also put in new batteries in my smoke alarm which was not listed as a service...I so very much appreciated that...My service with Mason Mechanical has always been superior service,,,I am glad I choose them years ago.

We called Gold Star after another company broke a pipe off coming out of our wall earlier this year. We were really glad we did! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and when he turned it over to Richard and his crew for the work I was equally impressed.Richard was great about working around my work schedule, communicating the plan for each day and his crew stayed until they had done what was planned. They were all really respectful of the house, laying down runners and cleaning up each day. The work all seems great and we will use them again in the future.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!
