Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. Only item is that water heater is turned a bit so can not get a panel easily and not center on bottom water collection mat.

Repair was simple but pricey.

The angle stop under my kitchen sink failed and flooded my kitchen. Riley and his team got the repair done quickly and helped me work with insurance.

My water softener stopped working so I called Second Opinion since they had installed it. The office person was extremely pleasant and Charles Harvey came out to check it. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced after 7 years service. He explained everything clearly to me and was very professional. Hopefully, this one will last longer. Thanks for your prompt response
